I've verified on two separate computers that the mod is still working fine, sorry you're having issues with it. Double check that the mod is installed correctly or disable any mods that could be affecting the recipes in your game.
But, I just figured it out and it should be good to go for 1.4 now. Please let me know if it still doesn't work or if you have any issues!
Otherwise, this mod is just a crafting recipe written the same was as the base game recipes. I'm pretty confident that the files in the mod aren't to blame.
You could try moving the files from the workshop mods folder into the RimWorld mods folder. To do so:
1. Make sure RimWorld is closed. Then, unsubscribe and resubscribe to this mod is the most recently downloaded mod.
2. Locate the workshop mods folder via SteamLibrary> steamapps> workshop> content> 294100, then select the most recently downloaded mod.
3. Once found, move the folder for this mod into SteamLibrary> steamapps> common> RimWorld> mods.
4. Relaunch RimWorld and it should appear in the mod menu with a folder icon next to its name instead of the steam logo.
