Electrical grid rewired to a local node method

Update for the pressure fluid issues. Larger water intake pump. Magic manifolds to clear air.

Diving suits moved to unmoving bulkhead to be fitted to an air intake as the DEVs broke the original system.

Thanks. It is kinda a brick but that's a lot of working vehicles, like fire trucks are rectangles. The real sweetness is all the things it can do besides just driving around. It handles a lot of Stormworks missions.
