can you take the lord out and just add another unit? its annoying not being able to level him up once you win a battle.

I just unsubbed and I'll rely on the extra 2k background income mod to field a partial army to garrison some essential place. With enough upkeep reduction traits and perks and talents and items you can actually have a surprisingly cheap elite army eventually. My Arenesta Saltspyte save has about 6 lords over level 20 with significantly reduced upkeep, I'd say in total im probably paying a fourth less for all of them, the shipbuilding lords are significantly lower upkeep. Arenesta is paying about a third of the original upkeep price. If money is an issue the pirate lords get much higher income from sea exploration than everyone else does.

@Castor Troy Pretty sure the mod's outdated for 6.0 and will need an update as it's rather complex, but I don't know <3

playing Reikland. patrol appeared next turn after i reunited reikland, after few turns, patrol went to corrunberg, i've got message that patrol was killed in action and now 26 turns in, no new patrol reappeared. is it 1 time thing only?

Not sure if it's an issue with the recent update or a mod incompatibility with something else I have, but since 5.2.2 there seems to be an issue where the mod crashes over the end turn while trying to "clean lost patrols" for various factions. Not great with modding so it's possible it's caused by something on my end, but so far I've confirmed it to happen to Avelorn and Clan Mors significantly more often than other factions over the end turn.

Playing as Khorne and am having to disband my patrols because the bloodletting negative is having big impact on my growth, is it possible for you to disable bloodletting for patrols somehow?

Knight of the Realms in province patrol count towards the faction cap, so I literally cannot recruit any (Im playing as Outremer if that matters)

@herls Have actually a similar one that you have waaay earlier, and even after killing Druzhina it seems to affect Ice Court too, unsure why (i prefer not to send the log right away, unless really needed and "spam" here)
I'm still checking what can cause it as it's the only thing that makes my game crash, surprisingly

Possible to tweak so they auto assign their skills? Not sure why they are getting them but I believe the mod I use to increase starting level is also affecting patrols.

It has, many thanks, I always kept control of the region and yeah you can't disband them...there seems to to be no way to? I had to kill them using console command.

Also...since the latest update to the mod, now my save game won't load xD! Oh no lol.

Patrols should move at the start of the turn, unit tier does not go up with settlement level, only the unit count increases.
On the patrols not moving, they stop moving if the patrol is spawned and you no longer control the entire region.
If the patrol continues to not move when you own the entire region, try disbanding it and it will respawn after 5 turns hopefully resetting its logic.

Update on below sorry for spam. Are they supposed to "move" around the region AFTER you press end turn, or, at the START of your next turn? They have started moving around oddly (before 1.35) occasionally but when the replenish...they don't seem to come back much stronger? I have a Tier 5 Nuln settlement now and it's still just just a mixed Tier 1 - Tier 3 units in a 12 stack like it started at Settlement level 2 when I grabbed the region.

Not sure what's going on. I'll keep playing my campaign though, only on turn 60 ish.

Hmm. I am actually noticing they simply do not move around the province at all. They spawn, then they stay still. Nada. Could be related to campaign AI mods I have but...not sure at all.

Is it possible for them to auto allocate skills to the patrol lords? I know it's a tiny thing but I get alerts saying to allocate their skills points and obviously I can't. Unless there is way to prevent this entirely...otherwise, mod works really well!

Yea something changed with the ToD in regards to supply lines. I made a fix for it but after reading your comment it might've not been enough.
It should remove all patrols from supply lines at the start of your turn. Is it be happening because you're loading a save maybe?

Heyo, playing as tamurkhan, bout 100 turns in.

Getting random upkeep increases from the province patrols, it comes in at times when I change my armies. Upkeep will randomly pop up to count the upkeep from every province patrol.

It usually only lasts a turn, and will fix itself on the next turn. But armies will suffer a bit of attrition in the interum from the game thinking im going to run out of money,

Yooo, welcome back Hertz. This is one of my faves. The patrols are great opportunity to level up new armies and have medium sized battles, which is a very underrepresented thing in vanilla.

I keep losing province patrols when I save and shut down my game and play again, playing as Reikland. Reikland no longer has a province patrol, I dont remember if it was killed or just disappeared but it has not respawned in 40 turns. I've confederated Nordland and no patrol has spawned, and no patrol has spawned for The Black Pit as well. I confederated Gelt and his patrol is the only one active. None of the AI EC's have patrols. Vlad has no patrols. The dwarfs and Bretonnia have patrols.

Idk what is going on but I think it's time for an update
