Is there a way to give races different neutroamine costs? I'm using xenohumans expanded and I'd love to make the Vatdrones cheaper and Glitterworld Humans more expensive.

The Holograms aren't a entire Alien Race but a Pawn kind I believe.
Computica 24 Aug, 2022 @ 7:16pm
The Hologram(s) from SOS2 need a toggle as well.

Hopefully if they do androids then they're actual robots like android tiers with their own needs, strengths, or weaknesses. Possibly upgradable or at least have their own way to use stacks or a equivalent. Maybe even a way to turn a human into a robot or vise versa with all the mental buffs or debuffs since you literally just went full ghost in the shell on the poor pawn.

I don't know, if any of those are how their implementing such things in VFE - Ultratech ill probably use it even if it adds a lot of stuff I likely won't use. The mod im truly waiting for is vanilla nutrient paste expanded. Saw it on the roadmap a while ago, a more interesting and advanced mod to feed my prisons? Now that's a mod I can get behind..

@「Dan」。yup, I read about something along that line, but I think there's still at least a month of development until we know more, maybe there will be more information in the next roadmap?

Wasn't VFE - Ultratech gonna involve an androids faction too? It's like the plot of the Ultratech factions that they rivals and are opposites with each other with both being able to grant a pawn immortality.

@Victor Hmm.. that would be interesting if it does happen. Currently altered carbon has some issues that have yet to be fixed but so far the vanilla expanded mods keep up to date and stable so would be neat to see it get the same treatment. The issue there is if it's a full faction mod players with big modlists like me would be iffy on using it just for the cortical stacks.

If they do go that route here's to hoping they have a offshot without the other bloat some won't use. Doubt it since VFE - Mechanoid didn't make a version with just the factory stuff

@ParasiticSquid Altered Carbon is going to be included in a new Vanilla Expanded mod I think, VFE - Ultratech, as its creator is a VE team member.
ParasiticSquid 16 Aug, 2022 @ 8:46pm
In other words it's never getting fixed given how long it's been since a altered carbon update was released lol

Fair nuff. Makes logical sense anyways
Victor  [author] 16 Aug, 2022 @ 5:22pm
@ParasiticSquid I tried, but they do not show up, I suspect it has to do with Altered Carbon's code, just like the original TXs don't.
ParasiticSquid 15 Aug, 2022 @ 5:22pm
@Victor What if I was weird and wanted TX4H and TX5H to show up in the incubator?
Computica 15 Aug, 2022 @ 8:04am
Thank you Victor!
Victor  [author] 15 Aug, 2022 @ 6:08am
@Computica I tested the most up-to-date TX4H and TX5H from Netzach and they do not show up in the Sleeve Incubator for some reason, I'll be testing them out in my next playthrough to be sure. Warforged support has been added.

If only pawns had a small chance of 'Double Sleeving' & it was made with functionality for Simple Warrants mod.
Computica 14 Aug, 2022 @ 9:47pm
Can you please add Netzach's TX4H and TX5H, the TX androids, and the Warforged from forgotten Realms?
Victor  [author] 14 Aug, 2022 @ 5:44pm
Well, I think it'd be better if there was an in-game way of "Unlocking" them, like reaching the Archotech techlevel, but that'd require much more coding, so I just added a on/off toggle you can push whenever you want.
Harkmagic 14 Aug, 2022 @ 4:35pm
I guess you could do this. A more lore appropriate balancing method would be to have those sleeved into these bodies slowly go insane as they lose touch with their humanity. Sleeving into OP bodies and why it is bad is an important part of how and why resleeving exists in fiction.

Or just, you know, dont grow em..
