It does not. But if you want the icons themselves removed, you can just hold spacebar during your next siege battle and uncheck the box in the bottom right of your screen that displays them. They will go away until you turn it back on.
It does do that, but it also turns off supply generation during battle. If you want a mod that just increases supplies, I'd try this one. I no longer support it, but it should still work. They haven't added any new races since I made it either, so there shouldn't be any walls that are missing the supply bonus.

Helmgart is an empire fort, correct? I went back through the files and I think I found one that I missed. I added it in; please let me know if the problem is resolved.

Happy to have helped! I may even give the new method a chance myself. I have heard it's a nice improvement.
As to the walled siege defense, I do normally see icons above the towers, and went and checked every icon I could find after about two minutes in (when my army arrived) since it didn't seem like the ai had used its supplies. Hmm, there may be a good chance it was an issue of the ai not spending supplies rather than having no supplies. I'll check the other mods I'm using and see if any of them might affect that, otherwise so far that's the only time that has happened.
Chaos Dwarf outposts do not get any defensive supplies, correct. They don't have any in vanilla (as they are designed by CA to be soft targets) so I didn't add any.
There is a visual bug (unrelated to my mod as I see it whether my mod is on or off) where siege towers don't have any UI indicators that they exist (no icon over them, or anything else) and they can be very hard to spot if they aren't actively firing on your army. Do you normally see icons above towers in your game? Is there a chance you might have not seen them? All the building will take place before the battle begins so you won't see anything getting built by the AI mid-battle.
Also, I had a defensive siege battle, in which I was a reinforcing army for a friendly AI, and there was no supply generation and the ai didn't build anything, despite it being a tier 3 walled city with a defensive building.
It should still work fine. Lmk if you are using it an supplies are generating.
If you load it higher than Radious (ie. this mod #1 in steam load order, Radious #2 in steam load order) it will overwrite changes to these areas Radious made so it will work. It's not balanced for Radious though, and it's possible it could cause some minor compatibility issues in the same table category, but it should be 90%-99% compatible as long as you load this mod higher so it can overwrite where needed.
Should be fixed, I believe I missed those. Forts (and elf gates) should now have the same initial supply points as major settlements (unless they are held by their rightful owner - hef for elf gates, emp factions for emp forts) in which case they will get a boost. Please let me know if it's working now
They don't have an initial supply, or they don't have an increasing supply each turn under siege?
That issue would not be with my mod. You may have a mod conflict. Or were you fighting in a ruined settlement?
