It would be cool! I just don't have the time to do something like that these days. I'm a bit surprised not a single soul in the modding community has carried over Red Eyes compatibility to other beloved Skaven mods. It's not technically difficult, just very time consuming.
Yeah this mod won't be compatible with U&H by me anytime soon. Too time consuming. But there might be others who pursue and publish such an effort.
You can also just look under the head categories in the packfile for Clan Rats/Stormvermin/Rat Ogre and it will show you U&H clan specific .wsmodels for those heads. I don't believe I saw any new rigid_models in there, meaning... so long as the U&H .wsmodels followed the same pattern as the .wsmodels in this mod, they would be compatible if this mod loaded on top of that one.
to make things easier hopefully, i went through and checked what models are missing the glow when UH skaven is on. here is the list I compiled,
Clanrat
Clanrat Spears
Clanrat Shields
Clanrat Spears Shields
Stormvermin Shields
Stormvermin Halberds
Ratling Guns?
Warplock Jezzails?
Eshin Sorcerer
Feskit?
Ikit Claw
Hell Pit Abomonation
The Thing-Thing
It's not really about load order, it's about there being a whole host of specifically named head models, multiple variants of those per clan/per unit, and editing those to reflect the model changes in this mod.
For example, all clan rats in my mod, regardless of clan, reference the same 5 head models, so not a big deal. U&H skaven have 61 new head references, where I would have to go into each .wsmodel and insert the proper material reference in the proper order to get them to glow. It's not hard, but it is time consuming and something I don't have the time for.
i will take a look when i can see if it is viable for an idiot to create a compat submod
No, I don't anticipate that happening. I took a look at the mod's packfile. It is a giant amount of work. I'd rather spend my time on other things. I welcome anyone and everyone to use this mod to make such a compatibility mod however.

?
I will, one of these years, learn how to do that.
I made fresh mask files for their heads, colored in the alpha layer where it corresponds to the eyes on the main textures, and then changed the material file in the .wsmodels for the heads to be one that has a glowing quality.
Very welcome!
Hello! I won't be changing anything. Many, including myself, are of the opinion that actual glowing is better.
Still, if missing 3-4 head variants across an entire race that has 50+ head variants across all its units equates to the mod having "so many problems", anyone is welcome to import the TWW2 version.
It just won't be me lol
I recently launched TWW2 and noticed that your mod for red eyes on skaven works fine there, without losing model variations. And there, in essence, the textures of the eyes were simply redrawn without adding a glow effect.
Maybe it makes sense not to add a glow effect, and do it like in TWW2, because the skaven eyes looked even better.

Of course, it's up to you, but it's just a shame that in TWW3 the red eyes mod for skaven has so many problems.
Once again I apologize for bothering you.
Regrettably I couldn't fix the rat heads, I went through all the most common culprits and solutions, but nothing worked. So I had to remove most of the open face variants, now they are all ninja mode, but displaying properly.
Thanks, I'll look into it.
Sorry if I'm annoying, but I discovered this bug with Gutter Runners (wrong lighting and shadows):

Clan Rat RoR and Death Runner RoR visual glitches are fixed.
Good day!
I won't be fixing Natty Buboe Sharpshooters because it's not bugged.
Those glitched variants I will remove from the mod when I can, in a few hours hopefully.
I've found bugs on some RoR units:
Clan Vulkn Tailslashers: (Bugged helmet and face variant)

Probably not.
Nah I don't have the time for that. Radious can make a Radious compatible version however, or whoever else. All are welcome to do so.
Should be.
If you load this above it, you should be fine.
I'll look to do that in the future. Great idea for an update.
