Hey Kitts, you may have been using the old version (pre 9\9), when Young_freq was set to 1, right now it's set to 0.2. Lemme know if it's still too much. Thank you for your feedback.

So, with the population growth modifier, with the added of youth population it completely destroys the nation. If the youth population is too high compared to the elderly it drops the stability a lot. So, could you pull back on the increase on the youth population a tad?
