figured out some problems in my playthrough of prussia.
1. burgundy succession didnt fired
2. austria got all of the spanish colonies
3. netherlands later got all the austrian colonies in new world
playthrough of jianzhou
1. neighbors just randomly toke their land back and even more after they ceding land in peace treaty

I was also concerned about penalties for being under gov capacity. However, after reviewing previous game saves, I discovered the penalties increase with the gov capacity usage. Looks like it's a balancing thing, not a bug where the penalties got flipped.

On the topic of govt capacity, it would appear that, as Prussia, the modifiers "Prussian Monarchy Reform", "Central Europe" and "Modernizing Centralization" cause over an over 100% reduction in govt capacity, causing them to have 0 capacity.

I checked rb.static.modifier.txt and it should be flipped me thinks.

Agree with @KudoJin, there should be a check to see if the provinces are controlled by the player. Played Burgundy only for half my country to be instantly transferred to France.

In fact, it just dawned on my that a lot of the problems I have with that region currently is that Burgundy is completely passive before being annexed by Austria when Charles I dies.
It's never able to get its subjects to 0% liberty desire, which results in them being completely unable to advance through their tree and start claiming certain regions. Also, for some reason, Holland is always able to break free in the first few years after the game starts, which prevents it from being annexed, and therefore prevents Austria, and later Spain, from controlling it, which I think is part of the reason they never seem to form. But I do think Spain's effective comatose state during the Austria PU plays a large role.

Hi, is it possible you can look into making the Netherlands more likely to form?
For some reason, in a vast majority of my games, the dutch revolt is instantly crushed by the Spanish, and the Netherlands never forms as a result.
That is, if the Spanish even bother to press their claims in the lowlands, which they can never seem to do, as they are always permanently stuck under an Austrian Personal Union, which also seems to completely halt all their colonial progress.

Couple things to note: 1) Peace of Westphalia event still fires even after you won the religious war as the emperor.
2) Subjects sometimes don’t change colour after the overlord has tag switched, ie Styria into Austria.
3) Institutions/Technology seem to spread too fast around the world, where you will have regions in the dark heart of Africa and the deserts of Arabia be on the same level as some European powers.
4) Moughals are still insanely OP, no one stands a chance in their way.
5) This one might be on me, but I dont understand why the death of Ladislaus Posthumous causes you to loose the PU over Burgundy, while the Hungarian PU could be reasonable there’s no real reason you should loose Burgundy over his passing. Otherwise all nations should have a higher chance of loosing their PUs after a rulers death.

One of the Spanish missions will auto-cede the province of Cebu from you to Spain once Spain completes the mission. On one hand, I don't mind a bit of a nudge for the AI to expand in an area Spain historically dominated colonially. However, it's incredibly annoying as a player playing Japan to have to deal with this. I conquered the provinces from Spain a while ago, I don't like having to re-conquer it a second time because a mission just decided that Spain should have it without having to make any effort to gain it. Adding a quick check to the mission to make it check if the province is controlled by an AI or not before giving it to Spain seems to have fixed the issue while making Spain have a permanent claim to the region, allowing for potential conflict with them down the line and removing the annoyance of this.

when I play with this mod the wind of change venetian mission appear to be broken, some are normal while other entire branches are completely absent, I suppose this has to do with the dlc being recent but I want to make this known

I don't want to be a bother, but this mod has a tendency to bug decisions that change cultures, like the reforming rome decision, and it'll just make them change your culture to no culture, I had a weird thing where the only way to fix it was to culture shift to another culture, then culture shift back

This also unfortunately makes it incompatible with great mods like hellenic renaissance, or any mod that adds a decision/mission that changes yourculture

@OoZerooO Thank you for letting me know, the issue with ships will be fixed next update, Prussia is just more likely through events not totally guaranteed, but I recommend not messing too much with Brandenburg, the Teutons, or the PLC in order to make it more likely that it actually happens. I'll look into preventing blobbing in africa, which is something that I agree breaks immersion.

i played couple play through, i met couple problems: ming still implode in every gaming in 1550, no prussia, big blob ethiopia. overall the mod is good, most fo things are immersive, but the african blobbing is kinda broke the immersive feeling while u discovered africa.

So i suggest, can we have something african tribes cannot declare war on each other? like what https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2967440220 did.
