rip mod

I reported that a year ago. Safe to say, this mod is dead.

I just played a battle and was so confused as to why Black Ark Corsairs didn't have forest hide. I thought this mod might be responsible and I also assumed it was the skelly march animation.
Dreadspears were also undead, so I think you're on track SoftSpeed.

Be warned this mod removes the ability to hide from elven units and instead adds the fear debuff to them I assume author copied a bit to much of the skeleton warriors over by accident.

you need to update this mod because it removes abilities and unit stats that HE units are supposed to have, like charge reflection.

some footage or screenshots comparing the effects of the mod could be useful so we can report if it does have effect or not tbh

Please man, we need a submod with Radious, we need it, please

Bug report: for some reason, loading this mod removes the Hide and Charge Defense abilities from all non-modded High Elven units.

Yes, I am sure. Yes, I did just go through a 110 mod list one by one to make sure it was this. No, I do not know why.

@Mobiusly Ghost yeah it'd just be adding the trait to the SFO versions.
Mobiusly Ghost 29 Mar, 2023 @ 12:40pm
If you have the spare time, making a separate SFO version of the mod would be super appreciated. From what I can tell the mod works as is with SFO it just reverts the stats of the units to vanilla. So the only change you would have to make is moving the SFO stats over right?
Grandolph  [author] 29 Mar, 2023 @ 12:18pm
since this mod and SFO change the same table rows, I can't really make this compatible without creating an entirely new mod for it.
Alan Sylver 26 Mar, 2023 @ 4:46am
In my case this mod caused the elven heavy arrowheads archers to have the same stats as the normal variant while using SFO, so I would say it's not compatible atm.
Muad'Dib 14 Feb, 2023 @ 6:46pm
Is this compatible with SFO?
Mobiusly Ghost 11 Feb, 2023 @ 11:54am
JFO compatible version?
GoldenRobot 11 Dec, 2022 @ 8:44am
if only we could have this back :steamsad:
Husky 4 Oct, 2022 @ 11:27am

Grandolph  [author] 4 Oct, 2022 @ 8:32am
@Husky this mod also includes dark elves
Husky 3 Oct, 2022 @ 10:09am
Awesome, one of my core mods for elf! would it be possible to make them also for dark elf ?
ONX | LOKIN 22 Sep, 2022 @ 6:36am
Hey ! Wan u make it compatible with Radious pls ?
EggOnLegs 5 Sep, 2022 @ 4:38am
So happy to see this again, Thank you!!!
Benk 5 Sep, 2022 @ 3:43am
Okay thanks,

right now the mod is not up to date but as i loved it i wait for the update.

For the compatibility it's the same down side for many mods, like the ones with new lords/heroes who are not compatble with a resize mod for exemple. But that's the pirce to"pay" for so many inventivity, and genius original content. :)
Grandolph  [author] 5 Sep, 2022 @ 3:35am
@Benk good question, elven formed attack probably should since its only adding to the attribute to group table, and even if another mod changes that table it shouldnt conflict since its adding new record not updating existing ones.

Since this mod is updating existing records then it might not be compatible depending on if that mod changes the land units table which is very possible. I'll have to take a further look but if it does then I can tell you what to do to sync the anims yourself if you want.

Would this mod, and "elven formed attack" work with the mod Battle "Standard & Officer" because if i remember correctly i did install a mod for dark elves Synced Marching in the II and it worked perfectly but, the banners and officers didn't appear, so it was weird for the elven army unity (to my taste) sadly. :/
Thanks.
Grandolph  [author] 5 Sep, 2022 @ 2:39am
@Naplucia probably not, just because some people might not like this or might not want the formed attack stuff. I prefer to keep things seperate if theyre not dependant on each other and only merge when theres a lot of stuff. If there were like 5 or 6 things then id probably do an all in one but its not really worth it for two imo
Naplucia 5 Sep, 2022 @ 1:40am
do you plan to merge this with your elven formed attack?
Neil 4 Sep, 2022 @ 7:12pm
Oh this sounds super, subbed thanks!
