Thanks Hallister(accidentally deleted the post - Sorry). Might be for the RE only (currently deco only) assets on the bridge near the pilots seat. This might have changed in recent updates because they may serve an actual purpose in RE 2.0(pure speculation). If they are a problem I will remove them. I thought the new assets looked cool though.

Yes, there are currently problems with the ramp. So much so that I have removed them from some of my bases. Sorry! The workaround, for me, is to just leave the HVs on top of the carrier for now.

Quick question, it appears I am able to clip through the bottom boarding ramp that connects hangar to the upper deck. Is this a known bug or is it perhaps a problem on my end?

I had originally made a special module for that space that had 40 container controllers at 320k and massive production with too many constructors. When just near half full the carrier could not really move.

So I scrapped that one and made a massive drop ship. both of these ships fit perfectly. However, realistically it was no better than the large drop ship module by Jrandall. Here is a modified version by Lam here:

What I do is use a storage module back there and park extra CVs there also. The back was carved out to save weight that could be put toward thrust. Here is my main RE storage module that I use and can be carried effectively:

This has 6 X 640k controllers and 26 "ease of use" color coded and speed sorted cargo boxes.

Anyone knows a good storage Module for the rear slot?
Most of them are not long or wide enough and i dont want to waste too much space.

Thanks Jivali. There is 1 I have developed but it is almost preposterous. It had no real defense, but could haul alot, with too much storage and large hangar doors on both ends. Has been mothballed due to numerous more viable alternatives.

I thought that a more multipurpose fighter/hauler would be more cost effective and is what I use.

Sorry there are currently some problems in the game where switches and LCDs seem to just disappear! I have faith that they will be fixed soon. Also major problems with coloring and texturing(in particular the "new" reforged eden created assets). I used the "new" Reforged eden exclusive switches for the ramp access and they seemed to have disappeared.

I use Xenomaterial now for little accents around builds. In the Helios they are located in the robot arm in the hangar and are colored blue. Sorry for the inconvenience I have experienced these problems many times myself. I will fix as soon as allowed

I only use a little Xeno because I have usually gathered some from POIs long before I have advanced enough to build a carrier. Hope this helps some. :steamhappy:

You did a great job on this. I love the HELIOS concept and modules. While the original HELIOS MSC is awesome, it's simply too big for my purposes.

I love this carrier and I'm trying to gather materials to build it. It's the perfect size for playing Reforged Eden (I am on my first play through). I have a Janus that's kitted out pretty well, and I'm looking ward to being able to dock it to this.

A couple of things I noticed. The front right landing gear is textured differently than the others (the only reason I noticed is I was looking for them in creative). Also, you appear to be missing the "Upper Deck Access" lever in the docking bay (I just added one to where you have the holo label). Finally, one of the two aft minigun turrets is missing (or at least you only have one on the left side).

I cannot figure out what requires xenomaterial in this build. Any ideas?

I play with weights, volumes, and CPU on. In the two years I have been using this, a larger carrier simply becomes too heavy to maneuver. If you want though here are others:

Do you happen to have a 4 or 6 bay version of this? I would like to have the mods on a larger version. I have found the 2 bay to be too small for what I tend to bring with me. Currently I run a 6 bay in MP but I think a 4 bay would be enough for SP. It's actually less about module bays and more about landing pad space, though I do like the option to have an extra hydroponics module for pent.

This is nice work. A Carrier should always be carbon IMO, could do with some light armoring of the component sections but overrall this is what a carrier should be, swift & spacious.
