Short answer: not much, I haven't noticed any performance drops.
Long answer: it's a very subjective thing, that depends on your pc config and on how many bullets actually hit their targets (the mod handles every hit). If you want to save a couple of ticks I'd recommend disabling the damage indicator.
"However, with Friendly Fire set to 0% there is a chance of bullets landing on friendlies who are outside the safety zone."
