this isnt a mod, its a comp, its file size its only 46.926 KB, even on the slowest computers it downloads almost instantly. youll find it in the editor, last pic shows where. if its literally not downloading in steam, simply close arma / or any other games & click download now, & if still not, just restart stream too. it should download automatically & instantly upon hitting the subscribe button.

it literally does nothing mean no reaction from steam
mean mod looks great and all but it wlll not download but help would be nice.

ohh mb, didnt realize it was you lol. you did a great job on it makin it feel like a french city center despite the lack of french city assets in arma to work with. youd think with all the ww1/ ww2 mods we would have a bit more variety

You are correct, but it would be nice to be able to automatically generate them in a scenario.
But as you say, the alternative is to generate it with ZEUS

this is a compositon, im not turning it into a mod. though they are heavily scripted to work just like a "actual vehicle". its not a prop, they are fully functional. if your problem with comps is that it cont be spawned in with zues if you save the scrips in the panzer 4 and adsd init box's that make them work its not hard to rebuild these in zues, just place a panzer 4 ontop a adsd and paste the scripts to make it work in there init box's and your good to go.

Some of the compositions have commands to modify the scale of the vehicles.
The disadvantage of compositions is that they can only be generated once, since "attachTo" or "BIS_fnc_attachToRelative" are used, referring to an object with its own name.
The interesting thing would be to be able to create a script, something like:


create vehicle _v1 blah blah blah
create vehicle _v2 blah blah blah
vehicle _v1 attachTo [_v2, [0, 0, 1]]; ........
