ive had my game crash a few times ima see if i even have the right settings for units on that might be it but this is a great mod

subscribe to it then when its donloaded go to your total war launcher then go to mods then activate it and launch the game

Seems to only work in custom battles for me, I tried the vanilla grand campaign and the unit sizes are default

It works fine for me try reinstalling the mod or put it above any other mod you are using
