@williamsetep23 Ill put your mod at first of the description, glad someone is taking it over and rewrite it.

I hope you make people happy with it and if I ever return to stellaris ill sure to check it out.

Will this mod update? I discovered it now and I'm sad that it doesn't work anymore.

I tried to go to others who tried to continue it but they are not as complete or working correctly

@WittyThoughts. Fine by me as at moment I was plannign to going back to stellaris working on it but my interest fell of pretty fast. So I do not know when or if I will ever return to stellaris or ever do modding at all. i'm not very good at it and was learning along the way to make things/change things to my liking or Fixing mods that kinda died off but I really liked to use like this mod orignal.

and this game tents to break a lot of things with every update it kinda tiresom to deal with it as non programmer/modder and I all things I made was out of love that died off. Also not helping the only friend I played this game with has major health issues preventing him from playing prob for ever.

I will update information page of my mods if anyone ever wants to take them over they are free to do so. if just so people that do enjoyed my creations can continue them, little credit where credit is due is appreciated.

I see new DLC is out. to bad I no longer play stellaris as my friend I used play with it a lot kinda MIA. if someone want to take over the mod then feel free to do so.

Else it will be kinda dead until I gonna play this game again. but I would not hold my breath on that.

Mod still works though seems to break the species rights of game-start individualistic machines. It prevents them from taking full military service and alternative living standards from default.

@tobbywan013279 just took little look and seems to work fine. only planet info for some reason does not get updated, but I see their correct job after unselecting planet and reselecting them after changing their option showing them working as pets or reproductive slaves ect.

but again I don't have time to find out.

I think this mod might be broken or at least bugged.

When I set pops to domestic servitude, they become servants or maids as usual, but if I make them exempt from military service, they just outright disappear instead of becoming reproductive slaves or pets. I cannot see or interact with them at all. They don't appear to produce anything at all either.

@EJR Unless something major gets broken with this update and someone reports its broken and tested the mod on its own and its broken I might make some time free to fix it. at this moment I do not play stellaris at all and no one reported something broken.

before you yell the end of the world is near please test your issue when only running this mod. I have no support for this to work with other mods unless I use said mod but then I will run into those issues my self. But that is unlikely as at the moment I have almost no time to play this game at this very moment or test it extensively for bugs. Again all my mods are designed to be used on its own if works with other mods that is a bonus.

@S is there reason to have an update? other then the message it out of date? as long as it works fine on its own then there will be no need for an update and mod conflicts is not my problem. I do not play stellaris much at this point and last time I did it was working fine.

Hmmm, there seems to be a problem when slaves are set up to be servants - they prefer to be servants above all other jobs, only switching if you set priority and instantly going back to servants if you disable it. Unlike when you set em up to be maids or pets. Thats with servant policy set to general.

Would there be any chance for this mod to be made compatible with Stellaris Evolved? It used to work a while back but now wont allow for the selection for one of the slavery options. Dont think I can play without evolved anymore due to how good it is

@Hybris seems like so many times before you a other mod is causing this issue. working fine here with my 129 mods and on the game alone. before you complain test mod on its own if issue is not there then its a conflict with other mod and not my problem.

As of 3.10 this mod seems to zero out the habitability of at least the PC race even making the home world technically "uninhabitable". This also means that any worlds you discover/terraform/conquer can't be colonized. This all happened with the mod being pretty much at the bottom of my load order and knowing Paradox its going to require a fair amount of work to fix.

Mmmm, could you tell us where in your load order do you have it?

Even with the mod at the bottom still having the issue, I even deactivated all mod that could interfere with the pop rights, assimilation and all

This mod seems to not be compatible with 3.8.3, well, at least no longer replaces the colonization rights tab

other mod prob overwrites it. try load it last or minimal after the mod also touch this part. GL find the conflict.

Hey, is there any chance you could add a middle ground domestic servant policy such that they will work as entertainers or servants, but not as other worker jobs?

I was notifying others who may use it, as the mod is popular. I simply switched out the maid job with servants so that I could get the two I wanted working. I also renamed the slave policies to private property and public property.

I did modding here enough that I've not got the patience to do a full blown compatibility mod and keep it up to date though. You have my sympathies when update time rolls around.

@RedRapture indeed there is conflict and load order did not fix that. your only hope is to make patch or someone els using both will make a patch.

@RedRapture then put this mod below everything els. mod lowest on list overrides all other mods doing the same thing. beyond that chose what mod is more important for you or make a patch for your specific issue.

FYI yall, this mod is only partially compatible with ethics and civics classic, no matter the load order. You will be unable to make domestic servants anything other than electric collar enforced.

Theres a strange bug where all slaves are put into vr or lab rat jobs even when there are worker jobs available, however domestic servants wont?

ill working on update to change this then. for non Mind hive empire its not really big change people on a save should just swap around the setting. also see had little fix to do. will roll it out prob tomorrow. so then your Hive Mind can eat all those delicious slaves instead of experimenting on them. not sure what would be more fun tough for them.

@Android Zero that just how hive mind works they cannot have slaves go for full military and solder options is just not there for hive minds. I could swap around Lab Rat and Livestock settings needed. mean you trade in labrats for lifestock as hivemind.

hive mind's are stuck on lab rat's and can't be on livestock cuss hive mind's won't allow them to have full military right's when a livestock type slave's

@RedRapture I cannot seem to reproduce your crash to desktop, using this mod with my mod list and mod alone works fine with me, be sure its not other addon that causes the crash? try do the same with only this mod if still causes a crash I need to know how to reproduce the crash.
