- Every main collapse after the first Victory Royale will now be a random "special collapse"
Added 4 new special collapses:
- SINGULARITY: The circle collapses from its largest to smallest size in one single, longer wave
- LEAPFROG: The next circle prefers to center itself just OUTSIDE of the previous circle
- SPEEDRUN: Circle collapses happen extremely fast
- NO BLUE NO CLUE: There will be no blue circle or beam to show the next collapse areas
Note: More special collapses will be added in the future
Couple of ideas:
- Randomiser rounds: Every 2 or so rounds, a special condition will be available for all players (eg. Bonfire sale), only Wonder weapons in boxes during a special fire sale, triple points, 2x the spawns of mini-bosses, etc. my thoughts are both positive and negative effects so it spices it up. Plenty of ideas to use from the Chaos mod but so much fun to be added from this.
- Rampage inducer with the ability to have 2x the spawns on the map at once. Quickens up that first 15 mins. This and the unlimited spawns that was recommended by another user.
- Random limited time drops on the map (eg. 'Wunderwaffe has spawned' and its a glowing power up on the map for a quick period of time. First person to it will get it).
- Challenges between players (eg. first to get 15 melee kills gets a reward). This makes things incredibly competitive which BR always is.
Thanks for making the mod!
Really great stuff, not surprised coming from the guy who made dead high :) looking forward to more of that map!
Its a simple idea that I think works really well and changes up the game enough for players to play these maps in different ways. Its some really cool stuff!
However, there is one flaw that I find within this mod. And that there is a lack of incentive to actually kill zombies. Because the circle is purely time based (except the beginning 15 minute start up, that's perfectly fine) this makes it that the player still has total control of the pacing of the game, they can buy all doors and their perks/weapons and choose to hold a single zombie for however long they please.
I know this may not matter to you much but I find for a game mode like this, I think it would strengthen the mods replayability and challenge if you can get over this obstacle. Whether make it so the circle is tied to the kills or turn it into timed gameplay or something.
