Ah if its SFO related, that's gonna be a bit harder to diagnose. It's likely because SFO overwrites those two units with their own model definitions, but for some reason it's just vanilla? Not sure. I'll take a look and think about making a quick submod patch but we'll see.

referring to Brother John's problem (we are not related) since I've got same issue, It's because of SFO (at least for me) with it only regular swordsmen, spearmen(shields) are not armored. All other are armored. Even regural spearmen are armored but not spearmen(shields) which is funny.
Without SFO all units are armored

Sad for me cuz it is my fav reskin mod and SFO my overal fav and I would like them to work together. I dunno what could cause this, other reskin mods for those units do work(like Hooveric) with SFO.

Im referring to The regular swordsmen, the electoral swordsmen and regiment are good but the regular doesn't have any changes; they still have beards and noses. So please check it, i would greatly appreciate it.

I don't follow? Both the regular and shield variants of the empire swordsmen are reskinned by this mod. What unit are you referring to?

The models are bugged because of the recent dlc and hotfixes. I’ll put a fix out for it soon but I wanted to give the devs time to slow down on the hot fixes before I did to avoid having to constantly push out updates every week

For some reason a lot of the models are taking to the reskin they are reverted back to the original ones

If I may allow a few suggestions:
-It would be great if you could add more armor to the Tier 1 units that you haven't modified.
-I like the idea of ​​double helmets (you did the same for the Bretonnia mod, I think it doesn't match well, but it's still original)
-Make a mod like that of Bretonnia where you adjust the unit stats a little so that it matches with your reskins

I’m not so good with textures so while I could recolor them I wouldn’t do a very good job lol. But I’m working on some updates under the hood right now and those capes are going away anyway in the near future

Great mod but the legs of the elector units disappeared. I also would suggest making the greatswords different from the elector greatswords because all the models are the same. An easy fix for that would be to take off the capes on the regular greatswords.

Missing weapons on units have been fixed, and some ROR units have new semi-unique models as well.

The patch has been applied to the megapack first, and these fixes will be pushed out to the individual mods over the next day or so.

I appreciate your patience as updating this many mods at once is taxing and I want to make sure things don't break as im porting the fixes to each file.

Yes, I’m waiting for the hotfixes to slow down since they usually release a string of them after a major update so I can avoid having to reload the mod a bunch of times. I’ll update it and the rest of my mods probably within a week or so

What a great mod. Only the greatswords are not really fitting with this green cape. Any chance to you will change it?

There will likely be conflicts with any other mod that affects vanilla units, but sometimes swapping the load order of the mods will allow them to work with each other in rudimentary ways.

They do not have any official compatibility but you can try using them together without fear of crashes.

New update with some semi-big changes to units and finally adding hoods and masks to markus' units that I've been wanting to do for a while

As stated in the 1.7 patch notes this is the start of a much more in depth revamp of this mod (much needed imo) where I'll touch on some of the more lacking areas of the mod. Greatswords, lords and heroes etc.

Feedback is always welcome and if you guys notice any bugs or glitches please let me know and I'll look into it.

Got overwritten with SFO for me too. Tried it above and below the load order. Only unit not overwritten is the greatswords

I ordered a New SSD that I’m going to move all my WH3 projects to once it arrives tomorrow. Once I have everything set up and transferred over I’ll restart work on my projects, so expect an update soonish hopefully
