I've updated my mod East Asian Clothes Patch to make it work with 1.3; it requires blue0china's East Asian Clothes mod to be active as well, but as long as you have all 3 mods running you should have no problems with this mod and 1.3, namely agitators not having any clothes.

Hi, I played as Qing and I can't adapt Western clothing. I got all the requirements checked, except for "Scholar-Officials (Landowners) are not powerful" despite them having a clout of less than 20%. Is there a bug or something else? Thanks.

Sorry friend, but it seems you've missed a nation in africa. Kongo on the west coast "just north of Portugiese Angola" does not have the option to change to western clothes... Can you please fix that. its the one nation i desire to create a great power in the congo bassin with. beforehand thanks.

Figured this out when screwing around with console commands as Japan. The error points towards this section of code underneath Korean Clothes

Maybe when the combined clout of landowners/devout/rural folk decreases below ~50 for five years, and it reverses if the combined clout increases above ~50 for ten years? Or if the country stops being or becomes an absolute monarchy?
I would love to see my people (or those of other countries) change dynamically.

Idk... I mean in history the Japanese or others adopted western dress because they were dominated by them. So if that happens then maybe. In my Japan game we dominated so why would we adopt the dress of our lessers?

Not sure how feasible it would be, but say if a Maori becomes leader of a political party in Australia they do not adopt western dress. How would you get them western clothing?

I wish it were a little easier to get the decision. Most of the requirements are easy enough but reducing the landlords below powerful? In Asia? Very unlikely to happen.
