If you reset the scenario it's fixed, idk why that happens.

This scenario needs to be fixed. After passing Solana, you hit a red. Up the track at Carlsbad, NCTD642 and NCTD640 are on the same track facing each other. You cannot move as there is only one track and no way for them to pass.
