So I did some AI-battles of your ships vs the EuroSpace collection to test both collections' battle-effectiveness. Thought it might be interesting for you to see the damage patterns, so here's a little slide show of the results.
General observations: Strength of shield setups seems to determine who wins and loses.
Placing ractors directly behind weapons that the AI tends to shoot is detrimental.
The AI will dodge nukes, if it has enough strafing capability.

I immediately fixed the moving walkway in the Gargoyle because it irritated me as soon as you pointed it out.
The hard-to-reach storages are reserve ammo stowage placed where there was excess space. They're set up to automatically replenish the ready racks between fights.

They're all very beautiful and have interesting patterns. Some of your logistics seem a bit inefficient, like with the very long walkways to those storage areas and some of your conveyors are incorrectly set up (some of them force your crew to walk a tile in reverse direction), but they should still be capable enemies to do battle with. Thx for uploading.
