I used this with Man United and it works really well. I was getting lots of fouls and yellow cards which is manageable if you rotate accordingly.

This was also tested and made to be good for the lower league teams, so I am happy to see that people have success with it on several other teams.
The player recommendation, can´t always be achieved, but with some of the more important roles being with players that can atleast competently fill them, it is a powerful tactic.

I have to say that this is a great tactic. My Nuneaton Borough save was struggling after getting them to League 2. I was bottom of the table and past the transfer window with no money for wages and no transfer budget. Saw this and thought it would suit me. After using this I am now 8th in League 2 on a run of six consecutive wins. I could not buy players to suit the tactic, just used the ones I already had. The roles mean that it can suit lower league management. Excellent, mate.
