Works fine for 1.4, haven't checked 1.5. I have over 162 mods running (3 of them the DLC) and there is no issues. If anyone is having trouble getting this to work, I would suggest checking other mods that may the cause.

That aside, glad to see this little mod give dogboi's their furry faces back. The shaolin monk dogbois we ended up with were super creepy.

Just to add that I can confirm this throws up errors in 1.5, and the update by B333SSS is working as intended. However, I would add that on some colours the face outline can be easily seen and looks kinda whack. Also it is not backwards compatible with older saves

It seems that the problem is not only with the Yttakins...
I have mods for xenotypes from the VE line...
For example, Neanderthals lack a wide jaw, Helixans are bald and have no snail eyes, Taukai are bald with correct facial proportions, which should not be the case...
In addition, I see that in cases with yttakins, the problem of beards remains - I still generate female yttakins with beards... Don't get me wrong - I'm not against bearded male yttakins, I cannot accept bearded female yttakins. I saw that you have a mod that disables all standard beards and hair, but I'm not sure I want this, because there are different up-scaling solutions for both textures and post-processing.
Is it possible to prevent beards from appearing on female pawns?

uhh all my yttakin spawns with no beard (idk why) thus still has desire look change issue. could you add invisible long beard please?

I wonder, could it be done with other head types? Gaunt head from Biotech, Genie head from Genies Expaded, Tumorous head from Alpha genes, etc? Seems like there is nothing going on in terms of fixing the head problem in the original mod :(

@Jarin Pushed a small fix, thanks for reporting the bug.

@Fishbone It's technically possible, but with VE faces there's a glaring shading mismatch between the face and fur. For now I have no fix. I still hope Nals just lets use use gene-specific heads so this whole thing becomes more straightforward to do.

Is it possible this could be patched to work better with the Vanilla Textures version of Facial Animations? My furskin pawns have some odd texture effects that happen, but it isn't TOO horrible

It seems like facemask break it, tho im not sure if its because of "[CAT] Show Hair With Hats or Hide All Hats.

@MooningBunnies actually not recommended. If you don't have facial animation, the game already swaps out whole heads for furry ones if someone has the furskin gene. This mod fixes a problem that only exists if you have [NL] Animation.

It’s halfway there. Going to be difficult to elaborate, but there will be two head shapes drawn on two separate layers with the repaired furskin shape drawn closer to the camera—barely noticeable when zoomed out, kind of noticeable when zoomed in, super noticeable when zoomed in with Camera+. Even though it’s much, much better, I personally couldn’t handle it, so unless you don’t mind anime faces, it might be best to wait for updates.
