It's therefore irrelevant how many alchemy multipliers you've stacked, you need to play the mini game X times to get to the next stage.
Im stuck at Novice Alchemist. Ive got more than 100 alchemy and am 100% sure that made so many more than the required 50 pills.
Been moving around the map hoping to get the event, but nuthing so far.
Any help would be appreciated.
When you create the required amount of elixirs, you must walk at least one step on the map to activate the trigger. I can't improve this because it's something about the game itself and the mod creator that prevents activating the trigger immediately.
Regarding the breakthrough, it only prevents you from advancing to the middle stage, thus leaving you stuck in the initial stage until you rise to the next alchemist rank.
Currently I've done another 33 since and no upgrade to Intermediate. Secondarily it didn't limit my breakthrough so I was able to get to Golden Core regardless.
Third, the herb boost seems to have had a strange impact on the herb patches not appearing. Thought it might just be the first area but since the start of the game I've found maybe 3 herb patches and I've just gotten to golden core
I'm confident I've crafted over 30 pills, but I'ms tuck at intermediate alchemist looking at the book, and novice looking at my destinies.
Stuck in Early Golden Core stage & can't breakthrough.
A pill tracker in the book would be nice, if that was at all possible.
Atk, Def, Max Vitality, Max Energy, max Focus, Max Stamina, Max Health, Max Tao Power, Max Mood, Insight, Luck, Agility, Travel Speed, Crit, Crit Rate, Physical RES, Deviation RES, Knowledge.
isnt the game limit Insight, Luck etc will the game crash after you play a little longer?
Can you confirm if it is necessary to craft the required number of pills OR craft the required number of times (regardless of yield amount)? Because if it is the latter (since I made more than 1000 elixirs and still cant breakthrough), then you really need to scale down on the numbers for each proficiency level, otherwise the game turns into a very mundane loop of collecting herbs and crafting elixirs over and over, leaving very little time for the rest of the game.
DuskRavenX also mentioned this below, so if possible please consider greatly scaling down the number of times needed for each level or disconnect the alchemy advancement from realm mastery completely.

Advanced Alchemist - Limits o player to Origin Spirit(V)
Master Alchemist - Limits o player to Nascent Soul(VI)
Alchemist King - Limits o player to Soul Formation(VII)
Alchemist Emperor - Limits o player to Enlightenment(VIII)
Saint Alchemist - Limits o player to Reborn(IX)
I feel like hitting the craft item several hundred times especially in the later stages is too restrictive as the amount of pills is disproportionate to how many times you'll hit craft.
