With this mod enabled all pawns are capable of (and may prefer to, I'm not sure) getting a rakkle origin colour gene in stead of a regular hair colour one. I don't mind this, I think it adds some fun variety; but it seems to cause issues with venerated xenotypes.
If a pawn of a venerated xenotype rolls a rakkle hair colour, it is no longer recognised as part of that xenotype which leads to negative moodlets. Would it be possible to have the system disregard origin colours as contributing to the xenotype, so the issue is avoided?

Please make Rakkle chestwraps burnable (as well as any other unique clothing that isn't). Until I can tech up to / afford the power for a smelter, I'm stuck using debug mode to destroy tainted ones off of raiders.

And this is me realizing that removing this mod mid save is a terrible idea since even baseliners get rakkle genes, meaning I’m gonna have to cherry pick the faction out of existence

huh, still think its a bit bs when one colonist dies in 3 hits, and then they turn around and ONE SHOT A DIFFRENT COLONIST, litteraly one rakkle (albeit high on go juice) downs 2 colonists and kills 3 others, specificly the bites do the most damage. might honestly just remove them from my curent save, which is very much safe thanks to the perfectly generic item, the cube before cubes were cool

the predecessor of rakkles were more aggresive, then the late rakkles, i guess

Adding to what Gunz said on Jan 2nd, the disfigurement penalty seems to come from the fact that the venom glands remove the tongue. Pawns with a tongue surgically removed act the same, and dentures "fix" the problem at the expense of removing the gland.

Can you figure out a way to either retain the tongue or to have the glands count AS the tongue?

1.4 -> Patches -> RakkleApparelFix.xml
there you can add in white list apparel, but you need texture for rakkle body. You just can put standart texture, but rename with body name, look at other apparel (i think its working like this)
