Every so often an error appears when trying to hang a deco up. Doesnt seem to actually affect anything but does throw them often when the pawns are idling.
It happens with both HangingCeilingDecoration and HangingWallDecoration.

A red error pops up from time to time and from what it looks like it's coming from here?

@tanyfilina They do not use the base wall-definitions. If they did they would support the new wall-attachments as well as the paintings in this mod. Hopefully they can fix it

Hello! Seems like pawns cannot hang decorations on Log Walls and Dirt Walls (although the latter isn't even patched for new wall torches mechanics).

Anybody know if there's a retexture mod that has been done for this? I absolutely love the idea of automatic decoration but the artwork clashes with the rest pretty harshly

The end tables to be exact, colonists dont seem to put decoration on the ones with lamps and I will presume on the artisan furniture either when i get that going

This seems to cause issues with blueprints, I mean hud vanishing until I pull my mouse off the blueprint again if its had this stuff decorating it.
Worst part is, cant get the right click menu to work either to delete this stuff once it happens.

@Phadia The only way a pawn would try to decorate far away is if they considered it part of their room. Added a check now if their room is considered outside they will not decorate as that would include the whole map.
Regarding the amount of decorations, you can set the max amount in the mod-settings.

Potentially stupid questions, but can I forbid colonists from decorating certain areas? And/or assign specific allowed decoration areas?
I play with 700 mods and one of them is Real Ruins. Annoyingly, my pawns will take half the day to walk across the map to decorate a 14% marble table (poor) that's not even theirs ;A; (I made sure and it's not anywhere near the home area, nor is it claimed)
I'm also wondering if the decorations can be limited in any way? My pawns tend to place 4+ boar heads in every room...
I really like this mod, but... it gets a little frustrating when my pawns decorate ancient junk ruins. Or absolutely spam place the same decoration type over and over :(
