Aside from using a mod that isn't updated with the latest version of the game or with Catholic Trinity, nope. But that is also why you get nothing showing up, because this is outdated.

I have a question…

I downloaded this mod, with Catholic Trinity installed, but the Saints still aren’t appearing in the Saints window. Am I doing something wrong?

I went ahead and re-added my this to what is now Historical Figures Lite.

@tilarium. It's actually currently removed from both while I fix up a couple of things in my other mods.. Perhaps I'll get it up next week after Wards and Wardens drops.

@Cuomo Any chance you can be persuaded to put up your patch for this mod? I only use a couple of mods from your super compatch

@Myotis the only two files that needed to be fixed were the historic_saints_on_action and the historical_saints_events. The historic_saints_characters also needed some updating. If you want to pull just those files from there and put them in here feel free.

Additionally, I would like to know if it's okay if I included this mod in my "Historical Figures for MB+" mod. This way i can update them in conjunction if I get the whim. Thanks!

There are no Saints displaying with this. The mod is needing an update the same with your artifact mod.

PS: Do you know if Oswine of Deira already exists as a historical character in the game? If so, what ID does he have?

That would be nice. Having some saints which are closer in time to the startng date. Saint Olaf, for instance?

Question: how can I add already existing characters in the saint list? I'm thinking of Saint William of Gellone and Oswine of Deira. Can I add them to the list as they are in the character list, or do I need to "fish for them" in some other way?

More Bookmarks plus has this mod integrated so if you have both it may cause issues. I have seen that this mod does cause “ancient” characters at game start so there may be in an issue in how the characters are created (possible culture not existing?)

Also, keep in mind it doesn’t populate saints on the earlier bookmarks because saints weren’t canonized until I believe the 11th century.

I'm having an issue with several of the saints being blank, not sure which mod is making that happen.

You should put your historical_saints on action in its own file as you're otherwise overwriting an entire vanilla file.

@MyotisMyotis Hey MyotisMyotis! I'm actually really happy to see this submod made! I kept on wanting to go through and add these for Catholic Trinity but either usually ran into lack of time to spent on searching them and adding them to the list; I think this is a really nice addition! :heart:
