@Rose they likely have changed some raws for the new portraits so any creature file including animal men, maaaay have been replaced, but that shouldn't effect my mod since it's should overwrite vanilla raws if they still have the same name as they did before... So I am at a loss for how it wouldn't work.

Worse case scenario you can open my mod and just scroll down to the female gorilla caste and you should see all the milk tags and milkable tag.
If you copy them over your vanilla raws, you will save yourself alot of work.
It should work than no matter what, DF mods are very simple and work basically 100% of the time.
I don't trust steams ability to apply them sometimes though, so I tend to just do manual installs to make sure they work.

Me neither. Someone let me know if it's still working for them on a new world with the recent update.

I can't imagine why it wouldn't work. Unless the most recent update changed the animal Raws.

This mod doesn't work. I tried milkable cats and checked DFHack's sandbox, which showed up cat cheese. Gorilla's don't show up gorilla cheese. I've tried for a few hours and I'm just gonna hack it myself.

Who made this glorious piece of art? I would love to see all sorts of Dwarven propaganda in this style.

Thank you for this mod. I needed my daily dose of gorilla milk and I was considering committing sudoku. Thankfully, because of this mod you have not only made the game playable again for a fellow jug enjoyer, but you have saved a life. Thank you wise man.

Could you upload a version that makes gorillas available from embark? Or could someone tell me what tags to add/edit to make them available? I've tried everything I can think of but haven't once seen them on the embark screen

@Exbeer You can find Gorillas as well as many other primates in Tropical Moist Broadleaf forests and you can trap them with cage traps

so i have had this mod for a while, but were on earth do one get gorillas ? from trade? special bioms ? or is it just super random ?

Just picked up Dwarf Fortress and perused the Workshop and come across THIS.... and just when I thought the internet couldn't get any dumber........ you go and TOTALLY REDEEM IT. 10/10 will milk all the gorillas.

So for anyone who may have had the creature duplication errorlog. I have uploaded a fix. It was just a quirk of the new premium version that I was not aware of. But your all good to go!
