Report a translation problem
1) Bigger pokemon? Bigger sprite. Like how vanilla creatures are. This is doable! My Charizard and larger pokemon shouldn't be same sized.
2) DF Premium art is sprite-based. Only makes sense.
That's really all there is to explain.
At the moment, I'll say that I am working with the Dwarvemon mod creator to make a graphics pack that will be integrated into the mod directly, as they also have a personal preference that differs from my own. This mod existing was more to alleviate the initial lack of graphics on release, because I do really enjoy this mod and want others to as well.
In future, the graphics pack native to the mod will be solely box sprites from whichever game is appropriate. Hopefully I'll get to work on it proper past the New Year. Thank you for the comments!
Either just the sprite turned 90 degrees or with an X over it would be fine. Or desaturate it to grey or something. Just some way to tell at a glance if it's a living pokemon or a corpse you're looking at.
Yes, after contacting the mod author it seems so. He seems to know what the problem is and is working on it.
