i have discovered that 1.6 update destroys ancient diving. you cant spawn new ancient dangers on new settlements anymore, can you make a mod so new settlements spawn ancient dangers the same rate as the first map spawn? im sure itll blow up as a mod

Yeah, I had one where they clearly overlapped. But another where they were way off to the side. I think they were both full of the Anomaly monsters, so maybe something like that.

@AZGreentea Could be something rare like the ancient danger destroying a terminal by spawning but i havent seen something like that yet

K, I'll keep an eye out. It's probably some triple conflict with some other mod as well. I have had lots with Anomaly.

I've had two ancient complex investigations that auto failed with an ancient danger on the map. when I removed the mod and tried again, it was fine.

@FungalFish The Ancient Danger Set Up Camp mod will do what you want. It did not exist back when you made the request.

Xalkyrr it onlz works on normal encounters that use the preset map tha vanilla uses

Personally I think there should be chance, at least a low one, of them spawning on camps from Set Up Camp.

I agree with Selest19, the chance should not be one hundred percent, IMO.

@selest19 yes but thats is because of the size of the starting map plus there being nothing in the way on encounters there could be something blocking the spawn
