@Tosun Paşa Honestly I don't know what's wrong with unversities. Like you can just control-click them where you want no? I mean for things like infra or taxation capacity it's easy - you just add them until you're not in negatives. WIth universities I don't see such an easy benchmark to make decision how many of them to build and where. I just tend to add 5-10 universities in every state that has at least 500k unqualified pops, and it works just fine in all countries, from Prussia to China.

If you can elaborate a little bit more about what you want to achieve I might be a better help

I don't think preemptively build is a very good feature since it only takes like 15 weeks to build an administration or so while it takes up to 20 years to core a state. I also don't recall if it even possible to get how many time left until province gets cored. Anyway, I have currently no plans on doing so.

You don't pay them for nothing. After 10 years, you already get 50% of the final tax income. And you can use the administration points to ramp up your institutions

Only works in states that are fully incorporated right now. i probably won't enable it for pending states because some take 20 years to incorporate and there is no way for sure to see how many months left until integration finished. And you don't want to pay clerks salaries for 20 years for nothing.

Thanks for adding back the decision, I feel like this is a choice on the player's part and not really an issue you need to solve as china, hence why I asked if it could be put back on. I'll try it and come back and see if I'm disappointed :D great mod tho

Hey, I saw you updated it to build administration centers too! I´m just doing a China run and this would be pretty helpful. I know you said we won´t want to build every administration but I feel it should be left to the player to make that choice :c hope you reconsider

I'd really love to have "one size fis all" setting, configurability may kill different features like ability to enable/disable mode on fly. It is also harder to use it this way.

Unfortunately I can't because PDX didn't give this power to modders. TBH I actually had an idea make this button like disabled specifically for China but ended up not doing it. Maybe I need to revisit this decision.
