If you are having issues try to unsub and resub.
I get that having to go all the way to Karak Eight Peaks can be annoying with certain factions, but adding an entire new custom building chain just to help you recruiting them seems an overkill to me (as far as I can tell, there are no vanilla suitable Greenskins' landmarks in that region.).
Plus, that would increase the likelihood of AI spamming these units.
On top of that, that Savage Orcs' mechanic is also tied to ui stuff and resource pools, things that I never touched before, so I don't think that I would be able to create a similar system just for them anyway.
So yeah, my final answer on the matter is "Just walk all the way to Karak Eight Peaks".
There were Orks that used guns around the mountains of mourn area waaaaaay back in early warhammer lore.
The thing is that I realized that my custom units in general are probably not available in TOW, IEE and LCCP for any of the new custom factions featured there, which kinda sucks.
At this point I'd rather have a single ongoing compatibility mod that covers those three.
It's gonna take a while to assign all of my unit codes to the correct stuff but when I'm finished pretty much everything should work regardless of which of my mods you are subbed to and if you are using TOW or IEE or IEE+LCCP.
Assuming that is gonna work, that is
I was wondering for a while which of my mods would not be compatible out of the box with Robie's custom campaigns, guess that now I have my answer.
Good time as any to download them and check if it's just a landmark issue or not, I guess.
Of course I wasn't.
If I could have achieved a better result I would have.
The thing is that you can't simply assign the Thunderer's animation to Goblin models, it doesn't work like that.
You either make a custom animation from scratch which is way beyond what I can make or you make compromises and use vanilla stuff.
The Thunderer's animation is tied to Dwarf shaped models which means that it's gonna work well only with models of that size, otherwise you'll get visual bugs all over the place.
So I was faced with the following choices:
-Not publish the mod at all.
-Boost Goblin models' size and get ridiculous chonky Goblins in the process.
-Attach Goblin heads to Dwarf bodies and still get somewhat ridiculous chonky Goblins.
Honestly, I shoud have never published this mod at all back in Warhammer 2, but what is done is done.
Sorry about that.
I have already found a replacement, but since I still need to know the shipment data and because of other shenanigans going on, I can't give you an exact ETA on when I'll be back.
You have my full permission to take and update any of my mods, but keep in my mind that I'll be back eventually and I'm going to update the OG ones.
Now I know that some of you might want to leave a comment to cheer me up or ask me some questions but please DO NOT do that and keep the comment section clean so that people can read this comment and understand why I'm not updating my stuff.
Thanks for all the support and see you again when my new rig arrives.
Honestly, it's already a hassle to maintain and update my no-cap mods as it is (There is pretty much always someone who asks for no-caps versions on my few capped mods), so I would rather avoid making other versions of my mods specifically made for another cap system.
Any submodders interested in making a table top submod for any of my mods are more than welcome and have my permission, of course.
You'll have to wait for an SFO submodder to make an SFO submod for this mod."
Awesome.
