If adding to an existing campaign you will have to remake all of your headsets besides auto injector and backpack as they will have values set on spawn/creation that this will not change.
The headsets have old values that aren't fully changed/updated since they were created differently.
Also I need to update to reflect vanilla changes
as far as i know, there aren't any mods that mess with headsets besides barotraumatic. Mods that are above barotraumatic are DynamicEuropa, Immersive Repairs, Immersive Crates, various patches, Fix Stuck Lanterns, CSForBaro and Lua for baro.

What is your modlist, is it altering headsets?
What do your Headsets say when you scroll over them for what mod you have?
Radio Affliction is for monster and other events that only happen if you have radio affliction something is wrong.
Now it works as a equalizer sort of thing.

If you mean monsters this touches nothing with monsters, it just changes radio code.
If you mean bots, they should still have no headset issues as long as they spawned in with their original headset. if you add/remov this mid game you will need to remake ALL headsets onboard!
Also when it comes to BT and BTC, I once again please ask everyone that you do not use one mod without the other, we have tons of problems with this and people complaining the mod has bad difficultly or problems and they aren't using one of the mods.
