Why did you make werebeast meat a requirement for vamp blood. its a nightmare trying to stop dwaves eating it between making it and turning it into vamp blood

For those interested, Dwarf Therapist will give you the specific sizes of your dwarfs/horrific abominations, then cross-reference that with the animal people size list on the wiki, so you can make armour for them in the right sizes. From experimentation most seem to be in the 100,000-200,000 or 500,000 to 600,000 ranges.

I have a question of my own though, is there anyway to retain the healing-with-lunar cycle thing for those taking the were-beast elixir?

Having issues getting Vamp Blood. The workshop keeps saying I need ivory, despite having it.

Their size is randomly generated so I can't add clothing. I think the most useful armor size is probably Anaconda man unless they are really big. If it's a were-elephant maybe try elephant man clothing etc

Seems equipping armor works a little of the time, as you cant select were creatures when sizing armor. So some weres have some items, others are naked. Was testing with Large (for humans) armors.

You might need to find clothing that is a similar size to them. Try using this to figure it out

It seems werebeasts that are permanent and non-rage dont want to be uncovered, and can wield shields + weapons, still working on the armor, I have a full squad of were beasts :)

This is great! Loving the mods!

I don't think so? They are randomly generated so I think they drop everything? Werebeasts don't eat or drink so I don't think you can make them consume anything :S

Odd. Mark it as dump and eventually ownership should expire. Forbidding will keep it untouched. You don't want someone eating it by mistake.

I had a monarch show up who prefers to consume necroplasm. Might be a bug, but otoh it seems rather fitting.

Thanks to the current overvaluation of prepared meals I have been buying out whole loads of 60 material value gems on x2 price due to an import agreement (about 2400 cost per gem with around 20-30k cost per caravan). Perhaps when this is fixed the cost you set might be relevant, but personally i think the current one of 1k is on the low side.

Yes they can. I might be able to prevent this but it's more expensive to buy it this way then to buy gems.

I have tried locking and unlocking things from the wagon, I have been able to get them to deconstruct the wagon but they still ignored all the items, tried making a stockpile on top of them and still wouldn't touch stuff. About the only thing they will do is grab tools for mining or fighting but wont touch anything else. In further testing the dwarves will literally starve/dehydrate themselves to death right next to the food and drink from the wagon.

I tried to see if I could build anything with materials I brought but it only counts materials I mined on the map as valid. So none of the wood or stone is being recognized that I brought despite it being on the cart. They wont even pull basic materials for crafting from the wagon either.

Body parts are junk parts like cartilage and even severed limbs from animals or sentients

Hello! Not sure if its just me, but when I have this mod installed my dwarves don't recognize my embark gear on the wagon as being "mine" nor will they eat or drink anything I embarked with. Anything I gather on the map, like stone I mined out while digging out my initial base, seems to be hauled as normal and otherwise the dwarves will do everything else I need them too. It seems to only be things I embarked with that are ignored.

Also, a question on "body parts" for the necroplasm can they be animal body parts or do they need to be from sentient creatures?

You drink it before you are transformed, or when you turn back to normal.

i have an idea to do a embark game where the original 7 dwarves all become vampires and rule the fortress using migrants as its food source to come. Wondering if i could lower the amount of blood sucked (to prevent killing my little food chain) or if this is plausable

The game says it can make multiple kinds of vampires, but it only ever seems to make the same stat changes. This should be the same, but uses extra code to do it.
