However I will not it might be hard to make maybe more officers for certain units if the assets are lacking in number for them such as aspiring champs. They legit got only 3 variants total.
My units were the only god flags designed so far but do not worry as I do plan to finish Chaos first. If you want to see my work and progress I am currently in ZC's server where you can see my WIP's pics there.
In some mods that have flag bearers and officers, there seem to be a lot more units with banners (as seen in the banner mod for Empire by ZС).
Maybe there is some possibility to increase the number of officers and, respectively, and flag bearers.
Also if you see any skill mods or of the sort like "Singe's Skills" lemme know so I can make them compatible.
Other than that some flags out now for vanilla units.
Charge Bonus: Following the Aspiring champion scheme, 30 for Tzeentch, 25 for Nurgle, 35 for Khorne.
Resistances: Aspiring Champions are at 25% for both Physical and Magical Resistance. I'm not sure whether you wish to actually follow that for most of the other Champions outside of Khorne who would have a bit more due to Khorne's innate magic resistance.
Misc: Drop Champion of Tzeentch's barrier down to 2000 to match with chaos warriors, chosen, and the Aspiring Champion Regiment of Renown. Potentially bring Nurgle's shields down to a 55 missile block instead of 60?

Melee Attack: Nurgle's Champions could go down to 45 melee attack, Khorne's to 55, possibly. Slaanesh's seem rather low for a dual wielding unit, perhaps a bonus vs infantry on top of boosting them to at least 50 melee attack, I'm not entirely sure what a good approach for them would be.
Melee Defence: Melee Defence is overall a bit of a strange one as Aspiring Champions have it lower than Chosen and Chaos Warriors. If you wanted to follow that scheme then Slaanesh would go down to 40, with Tzeentch at 45 and Nurgle at 50.
Weapon Strength: I can't look at weapon attack intervals easily, so it is a little harder for me to see the full details of the unit. Tzeentch's could match the Aspiring Champion's at 50 base and 75 AP, Nurgle's also at 50, 75. Slaanesh's looks like it could use a big damage boost, perhaps bonus vs infantry as well? I can't really tell though due to not being able to see how fast they attack in comparison to normal Aspiring Champions.
Mass: Assuming the UI mod I use is reading their mass correctly, all Champions would go up by 100 mass to reach the same as Aspiring Champions which is 400, except for Nurgle's which would get to 450, possibly 500 if you wanted to give them a little more.
Leadership: Matching the scheme of Aspiring Champions, Champions of Nurgle would go to 85 leadership, as would Khorne's and Slaanesh's.
Speed: Following the scheme of Aspiring Champions, Tzeentch and Khorne would be brought up to 40, Nurgle's Champions could be brought up to 35 speed, and Slaanesh's could be brought up to 50.
Health: Following the scheme of Undivided Aspiring Champions, Tzeentch and Slaanesh Champions would have 13200 total health rather than 14400 and 12300 respectively. Potentially bump up Nurgle's to 17500 or 17600 if you want to mirror the health gain that Chosen of Nurgle get over normal Chosen.
Not seeing what you mean doesn't line up.
Once you have more time, were you thinking of re adjusting the champions stats to better match undivided aspiring champions and god affiliated chosen? As of right now, there are a few stats that don't quite line up with SFO, mostly small things here or there.
(P.S. if you have a potato PC turn off the 4k and textures.)
