Not sure as far as IDs go, but I have a screenshot I kept just in case - if only I could post it here.
Essentially, the 4 cards I got at the start of the Obsonate run were the usual 3 (follower, mentor & Delightful Blood) and the My Idea card.

@phonenixkey The ids of these cards are really different as far as i can tell. I really dont know how it can be pulled instead of the other one.

Works great for the most part, BUT this mod broke my Apostle Obsonate run. The game apparently picked up the Mindpalace card instead of the actual cult when my Delight/original cult leader ascended. Looking into it, they also get autosorted into the same space as the cult in shelves, so it seems to be an issue with the original card you Talk with.

Love it! I think balance is okay, makes some endings easier, but getting it, requires some preparations to do, I think it overall fits game.
