Once you've properly ported them and cleaned them up, modifying the weapon sets, character models, etc shouldn't be too bad.
Yeah, that makes sense. I would gladly learn how. Maybe try to modify them so that all four Zelda maps can have a consistent weapon-set and playstyle.
Yeah, those are the maps I'm talking about, plus the Spirit Temple, which is much easier to find
Also, you can't find forest temple because the author/uploader messed up the spacing in the title as "Fores Temple". Searching "forresttemple" will yield results. I am assuming these are the maps you want to port, correct?

With that said, porting isn't so much difficult (with the right tools) as much as it is a tedious process. If you want to give it a go, I would be more than happy to provide you with the proper resources, guide you in the right direction, and give help as needed.
