Feel free to look at my XMLs and steal some bits - that's the best way to learn.
Hoping that your mods will help steer me in the right direction, maybe I'll have something together eventually that is worthy of publishing, to accompany your mods and flesh out a star wars setup.
But yeah, I saw El's Rebels Alliance, it seems pretty well done and could solve my problems. Who knows. :)
I'm actually hoping to do something similar with VFE Pirates with mandalorians, including retextures of warcaskets to use Outer Rims mandalorian armors as I feel like they fit really well with the mandalorian aesthetic.
Have you seen the mod "Els Rebel Alliance"? I just saw this, and I believe it could fit well for a faction to use for a rebel alliance and be more fleshed out than the standard faction is (no offense to the main mod, they're just a basic faction like all vanilla factions).

Might be of interest to you if you're planning on doing more of these singularly targeted faction mods.
