This mod will add custom textures to all weapons mesh mods that support vanilla or near vanilla uvmaps.
Weapons .mod will add mesh/models that can take any custom skins that follow vanilla or near vanilla uvmaps.
Load order will determine which are used if more than 1 mod alters the same target, so end user experience will vary slightly on mod list composition and order.
So if I use that collection plus this skin would that achieve being able to insert them into the world with the skins?
Thanks again for this mod
Factions.mod - private
Faction Themes.mod - public
Faction Skins.mod - public
If by open you mean open source then no, but they are available as resources if one wants them for modding, but best to discuss that on their own pages.
Hope that helps/
I would love to be able to just link yours and allow you to update. Especially those "redo" textures. I couldn't figure out what most of them were supposed to be, I think I did make out some damascus, but I don't know how to see these textures unless I load them into Kenshi.
also thanks for the compliment, if you have any models, send them over and I'll work with you to make them
This is an end user mod where hopefully everything is in place for the player to enjoy, courtesy of Trinity's efforts.
Faction skins is a resource library for modders who wanted some new textures but don't have the time or inclination to make their own, or just fancy using some ready mades in their own projects.
This could have been made as a dependency mod, but is it's own creature so shouldn't require any additional subs.
