Report a translation problem
I know of one mod for Split and one for Paranids already available on the nexus:

There are probably more but these ones are what I could find.
The mod should no longer cause the issue you reported.
Some files leftover from the beta (mesh and collision specifically) were most likely the culprit, removing them fixed the issue.
Short answer as to what is causing this - I don't know.

same thing with osaka. i could move on it without turrets installed (your mod was active). as soon as i flew into a dock and equipped L turrets it froze me in place like before. the moment the turrets were installed movement stopped for me.

If you can please also see if the same issue persists for you on bridges of the Osaka and the Okinawa. If I remember correctly they use the same bridge models.
However from what you describe if even the mouse look doesn't work I'm not sure what could be causing this. If there are collision issues you should still be able to at least change the camera angle.
One last thing, to confirm its a turret issue, please try to walk around the Hokkaido and the other ships if it is equipped with no turrets or shields, thank you.
I could move in the ship docked to the landing pad of the hokkaido. The moment i stepped of i got stuck and could not move and look around.
Will test with you mod list.
Movement and looking around was not possible at all on the whole ship. Well the parts i could reach by docking or teleporting. Moving the mouse or WASD did nothing.
I tried disabling a lot of mods before narrowing it down to this one. When i disabled it - it worked again immediately. After that i tried disabling a few other things with your mod enabled again - but nothing worked. I didn't have any mods for additional weapons or ships running at the time (no VRO or anything). The only thing that came to mind was 'more rooms'.

All this mod does is change some turret meshes (the visual part, I didn't change the collision meshes. There are some vanilla ones packaged it, but they are just that - vanilla, and shouldn't have any impact on player traversal. It does not touch the Hokkaido or the Terran L bridge model the ship uses, therefore I do not see how this particular mod can be the cause of what you have reported.
After loading 1. this mod + 2. test game start + 3. cheat mod I can't find any issue with player or NPC traversal on the Hokkaido.
The Hokkaido I tested for relevance to the mod was equipped with all Terran turrets, shields and engine. The only anomalies present was the Terran mining turret still being the vanilla white, I'll get that fixed. The second part was the extra rooms (brig and crew space) having the ship mesh clip into the rooms. This can be fixed with editing the ship .xml, but this is beyond the scope of the mod.
To confirm this mod is somehow the cause of what you report please test the game with just the 3 mods mentioned above after starting a new game. If after this somehow the issue persists I will also need more information from you. What do you mean "block player movement" - you can't move at all? Is it just on the dock, or on the bridge only? Is it in specific places on either the docking pad (outside of the ship) or just on the bridge? Please provide screenshots with area(s) you can't move in.
i thought it was a conflict with the more rooms mod but it happened without it as well. thanks for your work - maybe you can get around to fixing it!
I think this depends on scope of the mod in question.
This mod changes vanilla Terran turret files. Therefore if the other mod does not come packaged with its own turret files they will look just like mine.
