@Jacubus You may have noticed, but steam has / have some problems since this evening. I advise you to wait tomorrow to retry, if the problem persists, tell me.
Sorry, I didn't explain well enough - the Chaos army spawn coordinates on the campaign map for the South Great Ocean option are in the middle of the ocean (nearer the Galleon's Graveyard / Estalia).
I was asking whether they could spawn, in this option or in a separate option, closer to the south edge of the map (i.e. in the sea in between Lustria and Araby). The Norsca and Beastmen armies appear around this area. That, in my mind, would just make it more consistent with the Unknown Seas, Chaos Wastes and Naggaroth spawn locations, where the spawned armies appear at the edge of the map.
It was just a preference on my part. You've probably designed it with a certain way in mind, so by no means feel compelled to change it.
After tests, I confirm agents spawn in my game but only for chaos. It was by design in orginal invasion, so I kept it. Please note that agent location are totally random, and can spawn anywhere on the map, with any settings.
That explains it then! I have now seen agents in my campaign - I must have missed them prior, as I was looking at the army spawn points, which was my mistake.
If it isn't updated, try unsuscribe and suscribe again, Steam have some problems with updates sometimes. Thank you for your feedback !
Thank you mate and don't bother telling me if anything goes wrong in your campaign. I don't know if change i've made will impact your save, normally it won't but in any case maybe have a copy before.

Please note that agent location are totally random, and can spawn anywhere on the map, with any settings. In fact, in original invasion, they can on some points anywhere on the map (something like 8 locations), I've just expand it to all the map, but I think it's cool to have agent anywhere. The only way to find these agents it's by logging, if you game is logging there will be a file, gam_log, that will contains positions of agents.
All of the Norsca invasion armies in my game lack a Lord (they have the skull portrait rather than a generic Norsca one), with their faction leaders represented by a portrait of Drycha. Does this happen to you?
It was a bug for some norscan invasions, normally it's ok now.
* Would it be possible to have an additional setting to Special character anywhere that distributes the Legendary Lords equally amongst four different invasions?.
Will be implemented like this : You will have a special setting, and character will be forced spawned in different invasion so if you 4 have invasions, you will find your idea. If there is more invasionit will be random but in different invasion for each character.
Would it be possible to have an additional South Great Ocean spawn where the sea meets the bottom edge of the map?
There is a setting, South Great Ocean, that does that you want, or i didn't understand.
Currently testing your mod through a couple of longer campaigns, just to see how it impacts on my modest mod list - I'll think about the stylistic suggestions!
For bugs, I need to see what happened, I might have forget somethings about norscan armies or agents, sounds very possible as my test wasn't focused on.
Also, your idea seems to be very doable, I'll just need to think about the code needed.
Second is of course possible, I will do it.

I enjoy playing through an End Times scenario where Chaos appears at the four corners of the map (Chaos Wastes, Naggaroth, Lustria and Unknown Seas), but it'd be cool if these four invasions could have one WoC LL each.
* Would it be possible to have an additional South Great Ocean spawn where the sea meets the bottom edge of the map? I'd pick this over a Lustria spawn for the invasion, as it would make it seem like the Chaos Invasion is sailing up from the Southern Chaos Wastes rather than just appearing in Lustria.
I'm also very happy to suggest some stylistic edits to your flavour text to the Event notifications / intro messages (as a native English speaker).
A few bugs I observed:

No worries, I appreciate you already adding the dwarf-option - this idea was just a bonus thing!
Looking forward to your other ideas, and I hope to see this mod in WH3 too, later when it's less buggy and worth buying.
Coding that would imply reconfiguration of the code so it's not that trivial, and If i would do that, i would do a submod or something like that to not make this mod too complex to set up.
I won't make any promise cause it's not easy to code and I need to have time to do it, but why not thinking to something like that one day. As the mod is clearly interesting people, I may want to think to it to add more in it (and I still have ideas that i originally wanted to do). The only thing i need is TIME :p
So if someday I take time to do it, I would think to your idea too !
Like for example if you only want 1-5 armies to spawn in Naggaroth, but 10-15 in Karaz-A-Karak? (yes, I hate those dwarfs :P)
It sounds like it might involve a lot of coding though? *shrug*

@Starlet Your're welcome mate, I hope the new invasion location is ok for you ! I've tried to target Karaz-A-Karak but also dwarves mountains, but I had not the time to test if it was enough or no !

Now the Karaz-A-Karak dwarfs don't snowball as much. Have some fancy pants!
With it, you can kill all the factions of Chaos, and then create an invasion like in TWW 2.
The only thing you will need to understand is which script to use in order for Archaon and other lords to appear in the army of chaos.
My main concern with TWW3 is the overall difficulty, the game is juste too easy and I may want to work on that
I really need to think to something but it will be bigger than this mod so I need to do it well (and better understand TTW3 system). I will, but it will take time

Almost every campaign ends up in them confederating all other dwarfs and owning like 50-75 regions. I think one optional invasion point there could stop them from doing that.

But there is a mod, Dynamic Disasters, which extends End Game Disaster and he is pretty cool. I may add some Disasters to it sometimes, I need to think to it and to take time to mod again.

All I'm missing now is a feature where they leave behind portals in ruins, which in turn spawns additional armies after x amount of turns.

Just to mention I've tried a lot to prevent the bug where AI can't handle too many armies. That's why you have several chaos / norscan / beastmen factions, and that's why it's really Total War if you choose this setting !

(For some retrospect, I did not thing "50 armies" meant that every chaos invasion was going to get 50 armies...)
All around one of the best mods I've ever downloaded for Warhammer 2
Thanks for your support mate, it really means something ! TWW2 was my first Total War, and damn, what a game ! But moreover, TWW2 is "finished", and in good state. I prefer to wait for TTW3 to be in same state (and money is a thing too, ofc).
But too much change on this game has killed some mods. And when I was looking for myself for an invasion mod, there was old mod which did the same things and I was thinking : what a great addition it could be to the game. I really hope this mod (and others, a lot of people are doing great mods even now) will add the cherry on the Total War cake !
