@Rookie, Oh, I did see the grunts fall from the sky at one point, but I had no idea what was supposed to happen, I honestly just gave up and decided to play another mod because when I tried to play on normal for the regular experience, my game crashed :') Maybe one day I'll give it another try, but not now. At least I reached the map room on a first try on easy without even knowing the mod after not having played at the game for months. Maybe I'm not too bad to have gone through almost all the easy BS haha

MissKiwi, it is indeed Easy difficulty stuff. You either somehow pump the "Chief" with enough bullets to bring down god or wait until a bunch of Grunts fall from the sky. All in all I don't reccomend playing Easy outside of a final playthrough to top off the game tbh.

(Unless what happened to me was normal due to that 'repurposed easy' stuff, but even if it's the case, I still don't see how I'm supposed to beat it, or if it's even beatable.)

I cannot finish this. The area of the map room was just.... corrupted, or something. It was bizarre and even creepy to some extent (those corrupted brute models attacking me out of nowhere in the dark was nightmare full), and I got stuck in the map room without being able to progress or open a door, with an invincible spartan constantly trying to kill me. Yes, just one invincible spartan, no covenants to attack me. Whatever happened, it killed the mod for me, I dunno if I can continue somehow from here, and I honestly don't want to restart the mod, it was already difficult enough despite being on easy (it felt like heroic). I just wanted to discover it, guess game said no :|

SPV3 is not awesome. In fact it's plain ugly with its custom textures.

SPV3 but awesome, insane how spv3 is praised for the assets when the majority of the assets for spv3 is just from TSCE.

It's extremely obvious when you compare any other SPV3 level to the included TSCE map. Every other spv3 map looks inferior, and even in SPV3 they ruined TSCE with bullshit encounters.

Also the lack of the silent battle rifle.

mid mod. the normal and easy difficulties are literately hard as a scam. The enemies kept over shooting you, and only has a fewer aid kits which there hard to find. would not recommend playing this again. tragic. :steamthumbsdown: :steamfacepalm:

I noticed if I obtained over shield with low health and went back to the warthog to heal, it would remove my OS and go to standard shields w/ full health. However if I were to continue forward with the OS at the waterfall/tree sanctuary area and took the health pack from the first brute hunter totem, my health would remain and retain the OS levels. Just making a note as I further test the mod. I do quite enjoy the gameplay, mechanics and environments utilized. Great overall map design and fluidity with multi pathways and utilities.

hey I fell through the earth during the first cave area and found a picture of chief flipping me (or halo 5) off. That's funny and all but I got a checkpoint as it happened and I'm stuck. If this was intentional then piss off, but otherwise, maybe put a teleporter down there so I can get back cause I can't go anywhere and it's decently far into the level for me to restart. Great map overall, I was smiling the whole time up till I uh... you know.

Awesome this still gets updated. The improved animation tag release on moddb is a godsend for my projects. Marines with flamethrowers are SICK.

It's crazy that a level of this polish and size is even possible in Halo CE's engine. It's a dramatic change from the original level. I love it and can't wait for more.

10/10, what stood out most was the impeccable level design, first run through the island feels so sprawling, and every new area opens up a new sightline on old or new areas.

I do not have the words for how impressed I am with this mod. I haven't played it on easy yet, went through it on normal, but my god. This is w i l d! I sincerely hope that you guys keep coming out with revisited missions like this, Halo CE in y'all's style would be incredible.

Well - let's just say I didn't realize that easy difficulty was what it was, as I didn't read mod desc fully. I didn't realize such a thing was possible with a difficulty and I'll definitely use that idea in a future mod project. Really good mod all-around!

@sergiva "tsc:e repurposes "easy" for an alternate gameplay and story experience! we strongly recommend another difficulty if it's your first time with the map.

This is one of the best Halo mods I've ever played. SPV3 and MythicJaqui maps included. The weapons sandbox, new fitting sounds, beautifully modeled assets and just an overall clean pure fun experience

@JadedNebula If you bothered to read the description, you would know the answer:
-Easy difficulty is an "alternate gameplay experience", play on Normal. In the original Easy was replaced with "Noble" difficulty, however it is impossible to do this with the MCC menu.
-SPV3 were the ones that copied this level, not the other way around.

mod is great so far, only complaint is the cave system is super dark to the point of being unable to see the many drops to insta death. getting through was trial and error to see where the ground was

Your Skybox to the Ringworld is absolutely breathtaking! I fully understand how the surface of Halo is structured, as I use to always wonder why the horrizon seemed to tilt. Giving Halo this feature allows the player to scope out into the amazing world and see the surface of the Ring from infinite number point of views. I love seeing the reflection of the sun shimmering over the tiny river kilometres away. I've spent hours studying the art of this mod. The Forerunner arcitecture is peak in it's design and I love how deep the massive shafts seem to go on and on below the island. One last thing I would like to mention is how the lighting of the sun casts a shadow of the Ring onto Threshold. Seeing all of this with a Real Time day and night cycle would at last make my dreams of Halo finally come true!

So I played it and it was fun until halfway through after I unlocked the door to the map room the game started breaking and the Marines started becoming hostile to each other and me. When I got to the map room for some reason a master chief spawned in and practically started instant killing me and I don't know what's going on. And the game refused to continue. Minus that the gun play was great and the lighting with the particle effects looked amazing. But I don't know what's causing that glitch to happen.
