Regardless, this is probably my favorite mod! I highly recommend it to people.
Only issue I am encountering is the inability to use Envoys. Like a previous poster mentioned, it is just red even when I have acquired Envoys via technology/policies. Any thoughts?
Where are the logs I'm supposed to publish this in?
- Fixed issue where DoF was available when already DoF
- Fixed issue where AI would trade Vassalage for anything if anything else was on their side of the deal
- Added minimum/maximum cap of 100/300 to AI's evaluation of Maps value. (May need lower min cap.)
- Moved Tech Trading to Mathematics and Map Trading to Compass
- Removed Vassal Levy on Era Advance
If anyone really hates playing with the other added elements in the mod lmk and I'll go to the fifteen minutes of effort necessary to update this (which should now be considered unsupported, obsolete) with the changes.

I think the Third Party Peace thing is a BNW thing, no? Don't think Putmalk touched that and I def didn't, but I can take a look.
Finally, I find the Vassal Levy feature to be unbalanced (I think it gives you new copies of some units your vassals have every time you reach a new tech era) and broken (the notification link is just the text key).

Couple things I want to ask if it's possible for you to fix about C4DF though, if I may:
It's almost impossible to use the "Make Peace With" diplo feature because the AI almost always has "The Leader you're speaking with has no desire to declare peace with this player", and the option for them to go to peace with the target player is grayed out. I really would like to see the restrictions loosened up.
But i have a problem. I have the two versions of the " all in one " diplomavy, the basic and the "+"
The basic version works fine but the + is for me unplayable. With the + all founded towns start with one tile only. It's not a problem for a human player but it's a problem for AI. AI is almost unable to developp 1 tile town and it found 1 tile towns everywhere, again and again. It's only with this version, the basic all in one works perfectly.
