I'm not sure how this breaks that lore, there's only 3 civilians at the settlement you go to, that seems fairly small to me

EDIT - I've played through it a couple of times in the latest version of the vanilla game and haven't had any problems. Were you using any mods at the time, particularly any AI mods?
it's so short even though i get the vanilla campaign feeling
