Sorry man, I'm extremely inexperienced at this and I have no idea how to get the files to work properly, it was a miracle that this worked so well. If that changes though I'll upload it on the workshop.

seemed to fix the mod for me
just type 'snd_updateaudiocache' in console and let it finish
no more screech
