Yeah sorry, the rework to items in 6.2 makes me feel I need to change the costs of the craftable ones in my mods, especially if there are any that are now a different tier/rarity than before

I've just been busy, and not entirely sure how to go about it lol

There we go, fixed it on my end. to get the update on your end you might need to unsub and wait a few minutes before subscribing again since steam can be weird with updates sometimes.

I think the issue was because I always used the wip version i have with partially made sets for the other three gods, and some of the stuff in the this public version of the mod was using older methods that are just bad practice, and would also need redoing every time CA touched the mort cult on their end (which they did in 5.1 or 5.1.1). things I was no longer doing in the wip version or my other crafting mods (though there is a chance i missed more than just this one)

I'm getting it too. crap. the modding tools (RPFM) arent mentioning any errors so its something theyre not aware of. sadly don't have the time to look at it today, but for now the mod won't work.

When I tried this mod today it froze whenever I tried to craft something. I tested it by starting a new fresh game with this as the only mod on and it still crashed when trying to craft something. I don't know if this is on the mod side of things or if some of my files somehow got corrupted on a fresh install though I just wanted to let you know.

It still works, just hadn't got round to making a tiny edit so steam and the ca launcher would recognise it as updated. been quite busy irl lately.

then there must be a conflict somewhere. I'm not getting that issue at all, and I've just tested again with the steam version on archaon rather my wip version I'm using in a belakor campaign atm

I was running into that issue myself after 4.0, but fixed it. I just tested it and did not have that. which makes me think you have the [previous version of the mod.
Try forcing the mod to update? (either delete the workshop folder or unsubscribe and resubscribe, potentially a few times)

Oh no I wasnt meaning the mod for the daemon factions. This mod adds a khorne themed purple item set, and that was me saying I am struggling to think of ideas for the woc items themed around the other 3 gods.

I am working on the tzeentch one though, just slowly. I don't play the other gods so I can't think of how much everything should cost and I'd rather not guess. Daniel doesn't have a usable pooled resource (like souls, infections, grimoures, skulls, or armaments). so I'd need to make one and that's not going well with cathay (which is my current focus and priority with modding)

Struggling with ideas for the sets for the other gods though, some of the items feel a bit too weak and making up names and the blurb for them is harder

Hey, can you please do a crafting mod for each of the monogod factions (Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle and Slaanesh) and Daniel (the Daemon Prince), the same logic gold, unique currencies and the resources, but for Daniel it would only be gold since it does not have a unique currency.
It just that I want all of chaos to be able to craft, if you want to put it in context, it is that when you make a tribute or sacrifice, whatever you want to call it, to the Gods, they give you a reward worthy of said offering, and that is precisely what the Chaos Gods do in their own twisted ways, of course.

unfortunately i cant update the mod since i would have to remove the WIP sets for the other 3 gods i have in my local version. but it works fine still, just need to ignore the warning

updated to add a craftable set of four new unique, "purple", items. with a khorney theme. additionally added craftable banners and followers, using what Mr.Soul and I learned while making my Chaos Dwarf mod. like with the Chaos Dwarf mod it overrwrites vanilla xml, so don't use this mod if you are going to play dwarfs or tomb kings. but again, since the AI cannot use the features added here, you shouldnt really have it enabled anyway.

I tested and updated this on release day of the chaos dwarfs and 3.0. but for some reason the update didn't go through, it should now.

it didn't actually need changing though.

@Madmouse Ked I assumed since the crafting is a ritual and the wh2 ai uses all their rituals pretty easily that this would too. but that makes sense since the crafting rituals do work different despite technically still being rituals.

If it's a UI based mod then the AI can't use, since the AI has no access to the UI.
By the looks of this mod, the ai won't use it.

it's hard to tell, since all of these items can also be acquired as random drops. i didn't spend long testing and checking if they did or not though. I don't see why they wouldn't?
