*If I fail to make that deadline, I've given up *
I would love to see any YouTube videos of my map, that would warm my heart. I'm just happy one person enjoys it (: let alone thousands.
The lighting issue is not a setting, but a glitch that occurred with the last update. I'm rebuilding the whole map from the ground up.. but until then you can still play this version with the night mod installed. Just turn on your flashlight/night vision to see & manually select the starting teams or it will CTD. Is that ideal, no it's not. But that's the best I can do without source access to the files. Give me time, and i'll have it fixed if I don't give up beforehand... It's possible I might be able to force daylight in this map, but I need time to figure it all out... Hope is not lost.
That should work (:
**I've started preliminary plans for D-Day Operation Omaha Overload Version 2.0 & work has begun on making the new map. Like I've said, this is going to take hundreds of hours and months of work..again. I do not have source access to the original project files, so besides the assets actually used in the map I'll be starting from scratch.. It's not going to be the same map, but I will do my best to at-least reach the quality level of the original. **
Expected first public Beta release: 120 Days or approximately by 10/1/2024

I wish I could say this would only take a few hours to fix, but in all honestly, D-day in particular took hundreds of hours to create. Where even my smallest map took 80+ hours to create.
With all that being said, if I do decide to create a "new map" it would be version 2.0 of D-day. So one day you might get you're wish.
