The robot portrait may have something wrong. Some of job slots are blank, but the pops are there absolutely.

There is an achievement compatible version?

as of the time this is written, the mod deletes the newly added humanoid portraits of 3.9

BTW, this mod removes these portraits from the machine category.

Hello! I'm a fan of your beautiful portait mods! Currently I'm playing this mod alongside Machine & Robot Expansion , which allows the creation of a Synthetic Ascended empire from the start.

Unfortunately, the combination of these two mods doesn't seem to allow Stellar Android's dimorphic portraits to appear in these Synthetic Ascended empires, only generating leaders with female portraits and undetermined gender.

In order for these two mods to be compatible, I guess a patch should be necessary. Could you please look into the matter, to find out if a patch is necessary at your end or XVCV's? Thanks for your attention.

Thank you for taking a look, and I will do as you suggest. Thanks again for a great mod

I see, so it's actually the Overpowered Civics 3.3 that is being wonky. I tested all 3 mods out together and took a quick look at their workshop files. It is working for me (my high caste is staying high caste and low is staying low) and I don't see anything in their files that should conflict either. Just in case the load order matters I'm doing Stellar Legions first, then planetary diversity, then planetary diversity - unique worlds, then overpowered civics. Sorry you are having a hard time getting it working together.

@Legion, of course, so sorry. Yes, I'm using the bio-synth choice. As soon as I start, the high caste become the secondary "resident", and the Low Caste becomes the dominant species.

Not sure if that helps, sorry I have zero coding skills.

@Irongore Can you let me know which part of that origin is breaking for you? I tested it out quick and it seemed to be working fine for me. You are definitely using the bio-synth category, not the robotic or automata category?
irongore 24 Apr, 2023 @ 6:34am
@Legion I disabled this (actually, the main Stellar Legion), and my Children of Unit 4 worked normally.

I think it may be after you modified the android skins to work with Bio-synthetic?

Sorry, don't know, but sure love the mod, and hope I don't have to abandon my favorite origin to use your incredible characters. Thanks for anything you can offer.

I'm not entirely sure. I don't think this mod should do that, but might need to just turn it off and see if that fixes it or change load order and see what happens.

Question please: I've not downloaded any new mods, and I am running Abhorrent Ascendancy (Overpowered Civics 3.3) with my primary species being swapped at Game start with my lower caste species at game start now with game starts. Any chance your mod could be doing this, with this combo perhaps?

Awesome! Thanks Legion, this is great!

Okay, updated this mod with that change
hubertino855 19 Apr, 2023 @ 4:02pm
I personally agree 1st choice seems nice.
Legion  [author] 19 Apr, 2023 @ 3:26pm
Okay, already figured it out. There's two options and I'll go with whatever seems to be the majority opinion. I can change it so that machines have a "gender" and that'll allow different "gender" robots. Doing this will make the mod not achievement compatible, but when you do synthetic evolution it will ensure that your leaders become robots that look like the gender they were.

OR, I can simple add all of the portraits under "indeterminate" gender which will allow the mod to be achievement compatible, but totally random what your leaders look like when you do synthetic evolution.

If no one has an opinion I'm going to default to the 1st choice.
Legion  [author] 19 Apr, 2023 @ 3:10pm
It is not, seems to be bugged currently, most likely because the vanilla robots don't come with a gender and I'm trying to assign them one. Seeing if there is a workaround. Don't want to just put them all under the same gender on account of the female and male appearing robots.

Quick question? Is it intended that there is only one portrait and no variation???

Thank you!
