This uses both the generic damage multiplier and Shotgun damage multiplier.
Though do note that in that addon, there's line in the lua that doesn't handle with certain things (like explosive props) that doesn't target specific limb parts (either that or it could be something different. The error that is outputted in question is the following:

the guy who made this mod! He implemented gore stumps to dismembered limbs by simply adding an extra model for when the limb is 'destroyed', so maybe it's possible to implement it here too?
