Things are acting weird in my case. Whenever any AI soldier is sitting in an vehicle which is offroad (for example static MGs, stationary technicals with MGs etc.), the player experiences camera shake. Even though I'm driving the vehicle on a hard surface, I can't go over 45 km/h and I still feel the camera shake. The issue disappears once the AI leaves the vehicle which is offroad — only then does the script work as intended.

Cool implementation as well.

Driving offroad is never a hinderence in arma 3. Really bothers me. As someone who played arma 2 and love how roads can be a interesting tactical component, it's hard to cope with vanilla arma 3.

Edit: I was wrong. It didn't work because I was using zeus's remote control. Correction: the vehicles not affected are not so much tanks, but all tracked vehicles. (and planes)
The drawback is that when every vehicle is limited to 45 km/h offroad, it makes even every vehicle, that wasn't even before, like hatchback and SUV. While it doesn't feel realistic like being limited to 45 km/h on the salt lake it amplifies the little difference wheels and belts had: Panther gets more attention in contrast to Marshall. Gorgon and it's missile system gets a small sit-down in favour or Mora. CSAT can be happy that they actually put their autocannon on tracks. Rhino now looks more like this "Mobile Gun System" that it's called, logistically superior, driving on roads to a hilltop to support, rather than fighting in the deep terrain.

The script doesn't seem to do anything, as opposed to all the other compositions. I've tried it single player and multiplayer on one of the listed servers. The SUV for example is able to exeed 150 km/h on Altis plains and a number of more throughout test on the hunter showed no difference in acceleration and top speed.
The the other compositions from Z.A.M. works for me, so I should be doing it right.

Thanks for the answer. Good news - script work for AI also for every wheeled! This would be very useful as a mod and not only as script. I hope one day you will make mod. Good luck!

This script runs for all ground vehicles, except tanks. I believe it should work with modded ones, however, it hasn't been tested. AI will also be limited when offroad. We *may* make this a mod eventually, but its unlikely. We primarily work with things regarding vanilla Zeus.

I've already meet a mod that does this and it didn't work with GM. Caused a spawn of errors. I had to give it up.

@Z.A.M. Arma Hi! I have two questions:
1) this works for all vehicles (modded and vanilla)?
2) this mod works for AI-vehicles also, or works only for player vehicles?
