The way you've placed some of the junk models doesn't make sense in the rest of the environment, like that big pile of frames lying on the floor, but looking at the rest of the room there's not sign of damage. You also forgot to fix the water brush. There's a unit thick line of nothing right under that bridge, next to the faulty closing door.
There's probably more, but I think this is getting a bit too long. I'd be glad to help you get better, though, so if you want we can add eachother.
Vertex portalable "floor" texture where you're supposed to fling.
The grates doesn't make sense. There isn't anything to support them, and it looks ugly. Obvious copy/pasted walls.
One of the vault doors(?) suddenly plays the closing animation as you press the button that opens the exit door.(I figured I broke the map and didn't do a part you're supposed to do.)
