@RickOShay @TheBigDog I started from scratch again and did a new mod - inspired by this loop system. The reason I started from scratch again is that I have an old laptop - and if you are self-hosting a mission using a script that is designed for a server (a good server has rock solid timing) - then everything falls apart. If I had a better PC (which ironically I now do) it probably would of been fine. So I started from scratch with a similar loop system, although less loops and with many more checks and balances of variables before a loop starts - to account for the bad and irregular timing in my laptop. The advantage of my version is lowered the main processing loop to 3 seconds (which was never exactly 3 secs in my old laptop anyway) and i added many other features, such as 'auto-crouch' for immersion and hotwire vehicles. I finished it end of last year, but it was so much work I burnt out from it. Its called "Lifeline Revive AI".

@The Big Dog - not from my side. I know some time back Bendy was working on one but I think it was just taking too much time and still not reliable enough.

Ok 5.1 update added. I've tested and all seems ok - please test and let me know if any issues. Here are the main changes:
* Fixed auto-recover auto-death TTL not working (thanks RusComBear)
* Fixed groan SFX not working properly with playsound3D
* Medics now speak less often and voice volume has been decreased
* Fixed and reduced groan agony SFX volume
* Adjusted medic revive final positions near the incapped unit

@RickOshay I tested in quickly made test mission completely without mods, not even CBA, and the issue still occurs. Happens in MP aswell.
And yes, i did tried different options in the script, both autorecover and death on bleedout does not work.

Have tested latest version SP and MP on a dedicated server, works perfectly. Cracking work, sirrah!

Ok I've spent over 50 hours fixing some strange anim and timing bugs that appeared recently. Not entirely sure what caused these issues. Possibly due to some low level changes in A3 specifically on the anim side - in prep for v2.18. Anyway I think this version is a lot more reliable and responsive based on the ~15 hours of test I've done recently. Please send me feedback and pm me if you need personal help implementing it.

I've repeated the test with the demo mission.

SP is perfect, no problems.

MP is the same .rpt error in the server log and the same observed behaviour with the assigned Medic. On the very few instances they try to revive, the revive sequence doesn't complete properly and the injured AI/Player remains incapacitated.

What I need is to borrow someone else's server to see if the error repeats there.

Getting an error in the server log for this, when playing MP:

@Trash - it should do - it works in other persistent missions like Liberation. Note that mods that change default AI behavior or FSM can potentially affect reliability of the revive process.

@ExcelsiorOne - it would need a small tweak to allow enemy side to be selected and not players - I can add that. But the server work load might make overall ai responsiveness slow down particularly with large missions. There's a lot of bg processing needed to handle revive.

@Naploleon - currently it's not a mod - it's a script see the demo link below. The mod version is still in dev and should be ready in a couple of weeks. The demo in the zip below illustrates and has instructions on how to use in your custom mission.

@OldManMike(AUT) - Bendy and I have been working on it for months - it's nearing completion. I have finished the script version. The mod version is going to be awesome with full ace compatibility. Just needs MP testing on ded server. Bendi's made some awesome sfx as well plus lots of easy to adjust settings.

@zda,it detects if ACE medical is present, and uses your modified bits if so, also check PM

it adds a few new features too
